ビシュケクにはこれより良いホテルは数えるほどしかありません。私はハイアットやオリオンには泊まったことはありませんが、ノボテルには泊まったことがあります。シェラトンよりもずっと悪いです。 全体的に見て、シェラトン ホテルの客室はそれほど大きくありませんが、サービスはかなり良いです。ホテルには話し合う場所がたくさんあり、とても良いです。ビジネス旅行のニーズに適しています。ビシュケクの高級宿泊施設の中で1,200元はおそらく最高でしょう。ノボテルの 1,400 人民元という価格には文句を言わなければなりませんが、さまざまなパッケージにはそれだけの価値があります。 シェラトンのプールは屋外にあるので、外は寒すぎて水に入ることができません。 何より嬉しいのは、最上階に街全体を一望できるレストランがあること。ただし値段も非常に高く、1人あたり1,000元以上かかります。

Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

Hello, hotel was okay, but I arrived late at midnight and they don’t have the service of concierge, no one helped me to bring my things up when I had stroller with baby and big luggage . So was a bit disappointed with the service and expected more for this level of hotel. Breakfast was ok . Was enough things to choose and eat.

The room and service were exceptionally good, but what truly blew me away was the breakfast. There was an incredibly wide variety of options, and everything I tried was very good. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay.

ホテルはとても気に入りました。清潔で居心地が良く、朝食も美味しかったです。立地も便利で、中心部まで徒歩またはバスで行くことができ、近くにレストランもあり、周辺も静かで落ち着いた雰囲気でした。

Хороший отель. Чистый номер. Матрасы заменили по требованию на мягкие . В номере прохладно , но стоит обогреватель. Отличные завтраки . Большой бассейн , сауна и хамам отличные. Понравилось качество массажа

The location is good, it’s near to many mini-marts & supermarkets. There are many attractions that are in walking distance from the hotel. Checking in was easy and the front desk were very accommodating. They were very friendly and helpful too. The room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast was pretty good too. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Останавливался в Orion Hotel Bishkek в целом очень достойный отель с уровнем, близким к настоящим пяти звёздам. Понравилось расположение в центре города, удобные и чистые номера, комфортная кровать. Персонал вежливый и старается помочь. Завтраки хорошие, есть выбор, всё свежее. Спа и бассейн приятный бонус, особенно после рабочего дня. Из небольших минусов, местами ощущается, что отелю уже не первый год, и некоторые детали можно было бы обновить. Но в целом впечатление положительное. Поставил бы 4,5 из 5. Вернулся бы снова.
