All in all okay place, very noisy in bedrooms as people stay chatting outside on the downstairs terrace and it echo’s all the way up tot the 2nd floor.
Toilet and shower outdated.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we first arrived we were booked into a very small room. But since we were staying for 4 days they changed us into a slightly larger one upon request. This made it better for 2 people and lots of luggage. The hotel is really well situated, within 15 minutes to walk to the old town, and very close to Edward VII park. Loved the spa for daily relaxation. Highly recommend. It has a minimalist vibe, but very friendly. and the breakfasts are incredible all you can eat buffets.
The shower has a strong water pressure! Good location and good service. My room is on the 1st floor so it could be noisy if you are a light sleeper.

LLaura Llamas LemiУ меня был очень просторный номер на верхнем этаже. Из окон открывался вид на город. Отель заранее предоставил код для бесконтактного заезда. В номере было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, а также комплементы в виде снэков, что было очень приятно.
За 4 суток моего пребывания я несколько раз пользовалась кухней для приготовления еды: это было удобно.
Расположение от центра подходит для прогулки пешком.
Взяла на заметку себе эту отельную сеть, так как часто путешествую! Рекомендую.
匿匿名ユーザーホテルは市内にありませんが、旧市街までは徒歩10分のところに地下鉄の駅があり、市内には空港へ行くにもタクシーがないのでとても便利です。ホテルの朝食はとても美味しく、種類も豊富で品質も良く、特にサービスが良いです。 SANA はポルトガルの地元ホテル チェーンで、その品質とサービスはかなり保証されています。ホテルは飛行機が離着陸する飛行経路上にありますが、部屋の防音性が高く、飛行機を見たり写真を撮ったりするのに最適です。
DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance.
Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock.
Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant.
Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared.
Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened.
Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.
