Estoril Vintage Hotel is a love at first sight, and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s top notch! Staffs are excellent, extremely helpful and professional. I wish I could spend more time in this hotel.

Em particular destaco o profissionalismo e brio do staff. Atenciosos e dedicados a cada detalhe da estadia do hóspede . Tive uma experiência de recomendação e ajuda numa situação de particular emergência devido ao temporal e destaco a atenção do staff.

Where does one start?  The pleasant, engaging, professional staff, especially Marco, Paolo, and Rita. They set the tone supplemented by the impeccable views of the sea and sunsets, and the beautiful and well appointed rooms and public spaces. A pleasant stroll along te coast road to Cascais proper.

The hotel is well located in Caicas region. For facilities and service are great. We have a suite and the kitchen tiles are rather slippery. Breakfast is quite good but variety can be improved.

有的時候忘記打掃，記得打掃也不徹底，除了要做的事情之外眼睛都不帶四處檢查的，比如：房間入住時候有個是別人留下的草帽，就還在房間，有的牆壁上有鼻屎，服務員就能看不見，搞得我這個住客好像什麼都能看見。 餐廳也很莫名，除了倒水和酒是快的，一個芝士拼盤，三四種芝士，每種三片，需要一個小時還不見蹤影，不知道的還以為剛去超市買回來切片的。 問服務員，服務員還一臉莫名看着我：點了！好像是我沒耐心一樣。 總之，這個區域最糟糕的五星級。

Top notch Hotel with extraordinary views!!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know! In particular the breakfast was beyond phenomal! The staff was incredible and so friendly and customer oriented! BIG thank you to folks in Front Desk and Tiago I believe who manages the morning breakfast spread... I got sick and he recommended a pharmacy close by and I was able to get some very needed medication for my congestion. What an amazing group of folks. We stayed in several hotels throughout our trip and BY FAR, this was the BEST HOTEL!!! I would stay there again in a heartbeat! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! AND THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH Tiago for your kindness and for the lemon tea which helped me alot. Blessings to you all!
