ロサンゼルスに夜到着する際は、いつもこのホテルを選んでいます。無料のシャトルバスが頻繁に出ているので、とても便利です。エレベーターで3階のホテルシャトル乗り場に行くだけです。部屋はいつも通り広くて、チェックイン時に水が2本もらえます。北米では基本的に電気ケトルを持参する必要があるのですが、今回はチェックアウト後すぐにデポジットの100ドルが解除されて、本当に早かったです。

立地は悪くないですが、空港からは一番近いわけではありません。空港2階の手荷物受取所の赤い看板の所でホテルのシャトルバスを待つことができます。30分に1本運行していますが、必ず注意してください：バスを見たら手を振らないと止まりません！バスの運転手さんのサービス態度はとても良いです！何人かの運転手さんがみんな親切でした！👍ホテルの設備は普通で、フロントのサービスも普通です。客室係の方はとてもフレンドリーでした。シャワーと洗面所の水圧はどちらも弱めでした。カリフォルニア州の節水規制のせいでしょうか。周りのホテルの中では価格は安い方ですが、規定のチェックイン時間より早くチェックインすると追加料金がかかるので、事前にホテルに確認することをお勧めします。

朝食の際、追加でフルーツを取りに行ったときにテーブルに残っていた食器を片付けられてしまったので、少し驚きました。うっかり下げてしまったのだと思いますが、まだ退席していないことが分かりやすく伝えられると良いと思いました。
深夜便のため夜チェックアウトをしUberをよんだのですが(ホテルの外は少し危険な感じがしたのですが)、ホテルの方が車に乗るところへついてきてくださったので、安心して帰ることができました。最初から最後まで怖い思いをせずに旅を終えられました。
ホスピタリティー溢れるホテルでした。ありがとうございました！

フロントのチェックインで待ち時間を要しましたが、対応は非常にスピーディーで丁寧だったので良かったです。
お部屋はシティービューの17階で、窓からハリウッド・サインがくっきり見えてビックリしました！
値段はもお手頃価格だったので非常に満足です。
1人だったので夜は外に出ずホテルロビーのバーで摂りましたが、思った以上にメニューも多くとても美味しかったです。
サービスも丁寧だったし、シュリンプカクテルはオススメです！
サンクス・ギビング中でホテルの周りは非常に静かで安心して動けたのも良かったし、とにかくホテルの建物自体が非常に目立って映える環境でテンション上がりました！

有名な映画などのロケ地とあって、内部はとてもオシャレでした。まるで映画の中にいるような気分で楽しく、たくさん写真を撮りました。中にあるバーもとてもおしゃれでした。近くに薬局などないですが、受付で水をくれました。スタッフも親切でした。あとシャワーの水圧がなかなか強かったです滝修行かと思いました笑
近くのカフェは早朝から空いており美味しくておすすめです！

ロサンゼルス滞在の際、友人の勧めで宿泊しました。日系ホテルなので安心感がありました。
3連泊中、日本人スタッフを見かけることはありませんでしたが、問題なく過ごせました。
ドジャーススタジアム行きの無料シャトル乗り場まで地下鉄１駅、徒歩15分程です。道のりにデモ開催場所を通るので、気を付けた方がいいです。
朝ごはんに1Fのパンを買って、部屋のコーヒーと一緒に食べましたが、美味しかったのでおすすめです。
部屋のコーヒーメーカーの調子が少し悪く、手間取りました。

ゲゲストMy wife and I visited Catalina Island for our 28th anniversary — our first time back since before we were married in 1997. We chose the Catalina Canyon Inn specifically for the pool, jacuzzi, on-site restaurant, and shuttle service. Their website is very nice and seemed like a perfect match for the occasion. Unfortunately, very little matched what was advertised.
Shuttle: The shuttle was not waiting at the Catalina Express port when we arrived on the last ferry Saturday evening which was unexpected. Four of us were left waiting in the dark for about 20 minutes until the other couple called the hotel. The driver was friendly and apologized, but this set the tone for the weekend. The shuttle was consistently unreliable throughout our stay. They tell you to call the driver directly, but he often didn't answer. You'd end up having to call the hotel instead, and the shuttle only seemed to come after someone went inside and told the front desk in person. At one point we waited 45 minutes. Some guests got frustrated and just decided to walk, but the hotel sits at the top of a steep hill — not a realistic option, especially for older guests like us. Their website suggests the shuttle runs regularly, but that was far from our experience.
Restaurant: We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 PM Saturday and were turned away, even though their website says they're open until 8:00 PM. We had to rush down the hill to find dinner to-go in town before the shuttle stopped running at 8:45. It was a shame we didn't even have time to stay and eat on our anniversary or face having to trek up that hill. The next morning I mentioned this to the restaurant owner, who insisted they closed at 8:00 and that she was there. She then told us the restaurant closes at 2:00 PM on Sundays — so dinner there that night wasn't an option either. She was very friendly though I must say. On Monday we finally had breakfast before checkout. The food was mediocre and didn't match the glowing reviews at all. The prices were also odd — $12 for mozzarella sticks, $20 for nachos, but only $11 for pulled pork sliders, which you'd expect to be the pricier item. The pricing just didn't add up. While we were there, another couple was turned away at 1:30 PM because the restaurant closes from 2–4 on Mondays. We could feel their frustration.
Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi we were looking forward to was covered up and converted into a gazebo with chairs. At first we couldn't find it but yea. No mention of this on the website.
Room issues: The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The front desk told us we can mention it to housekeeping, who didn't come until after 5:00 PM. We got the soap and a couple fresh towels. The towels themselves were thin and didn't dry well overnight so fresh ones were sorely needed to get at least one shower in with soap before we had to leave the next day. The TV didn't work at all, and the microwave was unplugged — though I was able to fix that myself. The hotel also doesn't offer complimentary coffee, which is standard at most hotels we've stayed at for half the price.
The good: The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the balcony was a nice touch. The room was quiet.
Bottom line: The website gives a very different impression than what you actually get. Between the unreliable shuttle, limited and unpredictable restaurant hours, missing amenities, thin towels, and no coffee, this was not the anniversary experience we hoped for. I'd recommend staying somewhere closer to downtown so you're not dependent on a shuttle and stuck with limited options. I think we need to redo our anniversary. It was a miss for sure.

However, one aspect of my stay that truly stood out was the breakfast. The hotel's breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide range of options to suit every taste. But what really caught my attention was the omelette station.
The omelette chef was incredibly skilled and attentive, creating custom omelettes to order with a wide selection of fillings. Each omelette was cooked to perfection, with a fluffy texture and flavorful fillings that made every bite a treat. I had the pleasure of trying several different combinations, and each one was better than the last.
The quality of the ingredients was also noteworthy. Fresh eggs, a variety of cheeses, and an assortment of vegetables and meats were all on offer, ensuring that every omelette was a delicious and nutritious start to the day.
Overall, my stay at Fremont Marriott was fantastic, and the breakfast omelette was a standout feature that made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Fremont Marriott to anyone looking for a comfortable and delicious stay in the area.

1. Trip.com で予約する場合は、必ず指定し、カスタマー サポートに電話して書面で確認してください。クリックベイトや写真は怪しく、信頼性に欠けるように見えます。
2. Trip.com は、どの部屋を希望するかを尋ねました。部屋を選ぶ際、私たちはシティビューのバルコニーを選びました。しかし、代わりにプールサイドビューの部屋に案内されました。悪くはなかったのですが、Trip.com が The Aster に送った予約の詳細にはそれがありませんでした。婚約者は結局プールサイドビューでいいと言ってくれましたが、Trip.com 経由の予約の詳細には記載されているべきでした。ですから、Trip.com で予約する場合は、この点を必ず確認し、事前にホテルに電話してください。
最後に、内装、係員、そして全体的にサービス担当者はとても親切で思いやりがありました。私たちは彼らに 5 つ星を付けます。

DDavGao私のお気に入りの市民ホテルで、滞在はこれまで通り素晴らしかったです。街の中心部はすぐ下にあり、汚くて混沌としていましたが、危険を感じることはありませんでした。路面電車の駅にも非常に近いです。ただし、危険な豚ヒレ肉の売店街がすぐ近くにあるので注意してください。

KKhadija.Upon check-in, I was asked to pay for the room, which I did. However, I noticed the amount charged was higher than the total from my original booking. I asked the receptionist (I believe his name was Raul, though I’m not entirely sure) why that was. I explained the amount I had been quoted during booking. He then mentioned, almost as an afterthought, that a $150 deposit is taken at check-in.
I told him this should have been communicated before processing the payment, as it’s standard practice to inform guests of such charges upfront. While I wasn’t pleased, I went ahead and paid.
I also mentioned that I had submitted a request in advance for a room away from the elevator with a good view. He told me the hotel was fully booked, which confused me, since I had booked well in advance and included my request at the time. He assigned me Room 503, which was directly across from the elevator, not away from it.
I didn’t want to complain as I had just traveled over 12 hours from London to San Diego and was extremely tired. I planned to grab some dinner and get straight to bed. However, the room was quite noisy—there was a lot of hallway activity, and the family next door had their TV volume quite high. I decided not to go downstairs and complain, hoping I could just fall asleep.
Unfortunately, I was woken up around 3 a.m. by a crying child, and again at 5 a.m. At that point, I was extremely frustrated and went to speak to the receptionist on duty, Matthew. I explained everything to him, and he was very understanding. He said there was availability and offered to move me immediately…this was surprising, considering the earlier claim that the hotel was full.
He moved me to Room 204. While it wasn’t far from the elevator either, he assured me it would be quieter since there were no large families on that floor. He was right—the room was much more peaceful, and I appreciated his help.
At checkout, I saw the same receptionist who had checked me in and decided not to approach him. Instead, I spoke to Antonio at the other desk. I asked about the deposit, and he informed me it would take 2–3 business days to be released. Naturally, I wasn’t thrilled to hear this, especially after the earlier issues, so I shared my entire experience with him. He apologized sincerely and mentioned the initial receptionist may need additional training, which they would look into.
Overall, the stay was decent for a short 3-night visit, but the start could have been handled much better.
