We’re happy to share our family Beach House with you but kindly ask you have only registered guest on the property. Lots of local Bars and Restuarant near the house. Public beach is 3 mins. and Rincon is a 15 mins. drive.The spaceEnclosed half acre of ocean front property. The house is 52 years old and still has original windows, doors, cabinet and tiles. A 2nd story was added in 2014 and has two bedrooms with private bathrooms. A/C in all the bedrooms. The house has a unique layout, the second floor has two en-suites with separate entrance. The lower level has one bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen. Living and dining rooms are open-air.Guest accessGuest have access to the entire house with plenty of outdoor sitting areas.
