"Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception, and we had to call the hotel to begin the check-in process. A few staff members arrived later, but the initial lack of assistance left a poor first impression. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and barely connected throughout our stay. The restaurant was completely closed, so we had to go outside the property whenever we wanted food. There were also no clear instructions about the hotel's policies or amenities. Because of this, we were unexpectedly charged for water bottles we requested to our room, even though the hotel provides 1 liter of complimentary water per room per day. Better communication would have avoided this confusion. The biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. It was dirty, had a strong unpleasant smell, with visible algae and mosquitoes around it. After getting into the pool, I developed a skin rash, which was very concerning. The property itself has a lot of potential and looks beautiful, but it is clearly not being maintained well. With better maintenance, clearer communication, and improved guest services, it could offer a much better experience."

"During our stay at Paper Moon Kudlis, we encountered a rather disheartening experience as the actual place didn't match the expectations set by the photos on their website. The discrepancy between the portrayal online and the reality was quite noticeable, and it left us feeling totally disappointed. On the very first day, we faced an inconvenience when the toilet soap holder broke, and the sink started a leak which was an unexpected start to our vacation. The apparent beauty depicted in the website images seemed to be a far cry from what we encountered in person, giving us a false impression of the place. Despite these setbacks, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service and efforts to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Their professionalism and attentiveness were noteworthy and helped to alleviate some of our disappointment. However, it is essential for the Management of Paper Moon to update their website with more accurate representations of the actual accommodations to avoid misleading future guests. "

"We had an incredible stay at Wild Edge Panama safari lodge. We were very fortunate to have the owner Samitha, a wildlife biologist and filmmaker be our naturalist guide during our two-day safari. The lodge is in a lovely setting just behind the dunes. The rooms are basic and very comfortable, good bathrooms, good bed and very clean. Nice outdoor seating. The food was incredible. We booked full board and had an amazing sit down lunch brought out to the national park for us. Sam, Kanishka, Madhusan, the cooks and the team at Wild Edge took very good care of us. We have such special memories of our time there. Truly an unforgettable stay."

"The location is great! on the beach with great views of the sunset. The location is also very quiet. It's a great place to be based for visiting local attractions such as the national park in bird sanctuary. I can honestly say that this hotel has the bets coffee of any of the eleven places we stayed in Sri Lanka. The food is also very good."

"美しい4-bedroomヴィラは海辺の広とした敷地内にあります。リゾートの大きさは、非常に気配りがありフレンドリーなスタッフによって完全に台無しにされたことを意味します。毎朝朝食前にフレンドリーな常駐犬と一緒に人里離れたビーチを散歩しました。ビーチで牛を見るのは珍しいことでした!海はとても暖かく、湾はサーファーに人気がありました。地元の漁師が伝統的な船に乗って出かけるのを見て、彼らから新鮮なロブスターを買いました。シェフが親切に私たちの昼食に作ってくれて、美味しかったです。食べ物の選択と品質は素晴らしかったし、私たちは料理のレッスンのためにキッチンでシェフと一緒にいるのを楽しんだ。ジェットウィングサーフはビーチ沿いの5-minuteウォークで、訪れる価値があります。私たちの部屋は広として快適で、バルコニーから海の壮大な景色を眺めることができます。座ってリラックスできるさまざまな内部と外部のスペースがありました。私たちはプールを楽しみ、ラウンジャーで居眠りをしました。私たちは 3 つの異なるタイプのサファリに行きました。トゥクトゥク サファリで、近くでワニとゾウを見ました。水上にいるのがとても平和なラグーン サファリ。熊名国立公園でのジープ サファリ、象や美しいヒョウなど、さまざまな動物を見ることができて幸運でした。また、ある夜(10分)トゥクトゥクでアルガム湾に行き、ゲッコというレストランで素晴らしい食事をしました。私はこのリゾートでとても快適に感じました。私のパートナーは、彼が長い間私をそれほどリラックスさせていないと言い続けました。非常に平和ですが、ここでの滞在を完全に楽しいものにするのに十分な関心に囲まれています。"

"Mixed opinion on this hotel: it is very well located, with direct access to the beach, which is not very busy. The exteriors are well maintained, the garden is swept and watered every day, the private deckchairs are arranged under the trees. Each room has a terrace with wicker chairs and a fan, which is where we spent the most time. The bedroom area is quite dark - the two bedside lamps do not work. No air conditioning but the ceiling fan cools well. On the other hand, the bathroom is not very inviting to relax there. The entire bathroom is the shower: you have to cross the room (wet if you have taken a shower) to go to the toilet at the back. The sink in the corner is dirty, the toothbrush holder in the same condition, you can't put anything down anywhere, there is no furniture apart from the shelf above the sink. Our room was not cleaned during the two days we stayed at this hotel. But it is still the restaurant that has the most surprises: no placemats or tablecloths, the plates are brought with your cutlery placed on them, sometimes wrapped in a paper napkin, but I received spaghetti with a simple fork placed on it... They took a plate that was not intended for me to give it to the table next to me when I had already dipped my knife in the sauce to taste it (I thought it was a free appetizer). In summary, a pleasant and well-located place but the service really needs to be reviewed."
