「環境はとても良く、家主の妻はとても素敵で、部屋全体のレイアウトもとても丁寧で便利です。また、ソファベッドを作るのを手伝ってくれました。ここでマカロニを作って食べました。私はそれがとても好き。主要都市から車で15分以内ですが、価格ははるかに安いです。」

「Overall it was a great experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, only five to ten minutes walk from the square where all the attractions are located. It is about 20 to 30 minutes walk from the main train station. The room is clean and is equipped with free coffee and tea. I did not take the breakfast since they are readily available in the city. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Perhaps the only downside is that it is right in front of a tram line which can be a little noisy. But the hotel has double glazed windows, with an additional front panel. Hence no worries in getting a peaceful sleep. Highly recommended.」

「飛行機の都合で夜中に到着。チェックインが22時までなのを知らずに行ってしまいご迷惑おかけしましたが何とか部屋に案内していただき快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 ありがとうございました。 看板がない(見つけられてないだけ？)入口がとても暗いので辿りつくのに時間がかかりました、、。早く行けば全く問題ないかもしれませんが。 土曜日の夜ということもありザグレブの中心部で近くにクラブなどがあり、路面電車も遅くまで動いており眠らない街の中にあったので早めにチェックインして外で遊ぶのに最適かもしれません！！」

「The apartment was nice enough for a couple of nights. Large bedroom but uncomfortable pillows, modern bathroom, very small kitchen and living room. The downside to our stay was that we didn’t receive check-in instructions from the property. I tried to contact them on three separate occasions, but to no avail. In the end, my daughter, who was already staying there, managed to speak with someone. Also, the address listed on Trip.com is incorrect, and once again, we were able to access the building and the apartment thanks to my daughter—I don’t know what we would have done otherwise. We never received a response from the manager, the owner, or whoever was in charge of check-in.」
