Our home is a 1970s architectural gem located in the convenient upstate NY town of Staatsburg. It has been kept immaculately throughout 190 years and the house went through complete renovation in 2020 with new central heat, air conditioning, plumbing and electricity. On second floor, there are 3 bedrooms (with 2 king size beds and a queen size bed) and 3 full bathrooms. Additional 2 bedrooms (with full size bed and 2 twin beds) are on the third floor.The property surroundings the house is 12 acres of lawn and mature trees. There are 5 flower gardens around the main house and the barn. Behind the house, there is restored stone ruin of an outdoor kitchen that can be used for outdoor BBQ. Large fire pit next to the vegetable garden for gathering in the evenings. Private hiking trails along the perimeter of the property.Across the road on Fishkill Creek riverfront, there is 1.3 acres of meadow with hiking trails.
