Ample seating to dine al fresco on the back flagstone patio. Inside the home is full of color and happiness. New granite countertops and a sunny, fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances. This is a 2-story home (1 queen bedroom downstairs, 1 queen & 1 king upstairs) with bamboo floors and tile in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Full laundry facilities with a new Maytag washer and dryer. The home also has a water filtration system with filtered water at the kitchen sink. Plush Biltmore towels and clean linens will be provided for you. Upstairs, there is a bonus kids playroom that has a twin bed in a nook. We do have a pack and play available upon request. Away from the noise of the main highway, but within walking distance of downtown (1/2 mile) and so many delicious restaurants, breweries and cool shops. Then you can come back to "your home away from home" and relax. There is a garage attached to the house for you to use during your stay. There is so much to do in Brevard and the surrounding area!
