"My boyfriend and I stayed one night in the bubble room suite, hoping to have a different experience. While the idea and the offering were appealing, the reality was disappointing. There's no marked path to the bubble room, and once inside, the smell of plastic is overwhelming and there's a lack of oxygen. Despite the penguin supposedly cooling the air, the room was very hot, and when turned on full, the noise was very loud, coupled with the nozzle keeping the bubble inflated. Imagine how we slept well that night. Furthermore, while it was warm in the late afternoon, the humidity had "wet" the sheets and pillows during the night, which weren't very clean and had stains. The bathroom floor was sloping. The scenic part of sleeping under the stars was obscured by the opaque and dirty plastic, preventing us from seeing any sky at all. As soon as the sun rises, the light floods in and prevents you from sleeping. The most shocking thing is that as soon as the sun comes out, it's impossible to stay inside because it creates a heat wave that takes your breath away (even if you take a cold bath, as soon as you get out you start sweating again). The offer for this service, I repeat, was very nice—even the photos made it very inviting—but the quality/price ratio wasn't up to par, and especially the fact that I was sick made it not worth the expense. The breakfast and buffet, however, were satisfactory, and the view was wonderful. That said, even for just one night, I wouldn't return."
