"Just an overnight getaway for us to visit the museums in Douglas. The hotel was conveniently located next door to the World War museum. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and stocked with the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Breakfast was included and offered many choices in healthy foods, hot food , along with the standard fare of cereal, bagels, muffins, and toast along with juice choices. The coffee was very good and there was also choices for hot chocolate and tea. It was an excellent choice for our short overnight trip."

"Let’s put things straight for the owners of this this Jameson Inn location/ Douglas, GA. Most folks are staying at your place because it’s $90. Plus tax =$101… and it looks neat as a pin on the exterior. $100 doesn’t buy you as much as it used to in America. This place needs some money put into it to bring it up to date and make it feel clean and BE CLEAN. The plumbing is leaky, rusty moldy. Vinyl flooring doesn’t mean you never have to MOP. Sometimes linens wear out and need replacing. Towels were in good shape I will give you that. Lampshade on nightstand was shredded. Top of NS had something spilled and dried on it for months of other folks stays. Walls sneezed on and or food dried on it. Bathroom door about to fall off the hinges. Tub just plain needs replacing. Needs new fixtures and caulking. Get rid of the extra old outdated furniture and that alone would help make the rooms look better. Grounds in good shape. This is America and not a third world country. Give folks what $100 is worth. Cleanliness."
