We have smart energy saving system in place to help the Island be a bit more sustainable. To do this we use a Leviton control system that controls all our AC units. During the day, when a room door is left open, it shuts off the AC after 15 mins to save energy. And when there's no motion in a room, it turns off after 15 mins.
