"We stayed at this 5-star hotel during our vacation, but unfortunately, it did not fully meet our expectations. The breakfast was quite repetitive, with the exact same options every day, which became boring after a while. In addition, the food was not labeled with allergens, and many dishes contained nuts, which made it difficult for guests with allergies to make safe choices. One of our rooms had a persistent smell of urine, especially in the bathroom. We reported it to the reception three days in a row, and although they said they would inform housekeeping, nothing seemed to improve. It didn’t feel like the issue was taken seriously. The air conditioning in the same room also didn’t function properly, making the stay uncomfortable. On a positive note, the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. The sunbeds were fantastic, and the hotel had two beautiful pools in different areas. However, one day one of the pools was rented out for a private event, leaving very limited space for other guests — and there was no prior notice given. Overall, the hotel has potential, but several important areas need better management and attention to detail."

The property is clean, modern, and very well maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff truly made the difference: friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which I really appreciated. The location is also a big plus — convenient and well connected, making it easy to move around and enjoy the area. The breakfast is considered 5 stars (when offered). Overall, GrandStay Collection exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay."

The hotel staff were amazing providing excellent hospitality and the food was delicious. I would recommend Movenpick Hotel to anyone considering a destination party. "Firstly I cannot fault the cleanliness of this hotel,bar staff and waiting on staff were good but this is really all I can praise. . No kettle in room . Abysmal food , choice of 4 dishes , always lukewarm. . No milk . No tea . No butter We were checked in by a young guy who virtually threw the key card at us. Didn't tell us room number, floor or how to find our room Next day the receptionist told me we were only allowed 1 key as the hotel was full and they dont have spares??? This was once she'd got off her phone ! All inclusive only available at beach bar until 10pm Wi-fi was shocking kept dropping out, very annoying Dinner was served until 9.30pm , we went down at 8.25pm , all tureens empty with no signs of replenishment. We waited a while then went to a restaurant down on the strip. Beach was nice as was beach bar with friendly staff. Albania is a beautiful country , we will be back but not to this hotel ! This is not worthy of 4 stars !"
