「外来手術のためのスクリプスエンシニタス病院に近いため、このハンプトン インに滞在しました。これは午前 5 時 30 分のチェックインに非常にうまく機能しました。ホテル自体は清潔でモダンで、素晴らしい屋外駐車場があります 無料の朝食は良かったし、スタッフは家族の手術と回復が予想以上に長くなったため、レイトチェックアウトのリクエストを収容しました。私たちはこれ以上要求することはできません。また必要があれば、また来ます。」

「ジェフと非常に簡単にチェックインしましたが、あまり人柄がありませんでした。使用していない場合でも、アメニティ追加$15/day。ジムプールスパインターネット駐車場ビュッフェ式朝食。正面玄関の入り口に障害者用の駐車場はありません(部屋から遠く離れていました)荷物で提供されるヘルプはありません(セルフサービスの重いプッシュカートのみ) 助けが必要なのか、これらのアメニティを利用するのかは尋ねませんでした。
部屋は部屋を掃除するために重い化学物質のにおいがしました。 (味わうことができました)。
バルコニー付きの海の景色は、実際には歩いて左にく場合にのみ見えました。
ベッドは最も快適ではありません。出口の部屋のドアは夜に非常に大きく閉まります。
タイルのシャワー床を歩くと、シャワーヘッドは非常に低い圧力で滑りやすいです。」

The private 1 bedroom unit is very clean and has granite counter tops, fully tiled shower, landscaped private backyard, large dedicated parking spot right in-front, and Air Conditioning which is unusual for most rentals in the area.
Located in a quiet area it has a completely private backyard and entrance from the house it is attached to. It is only 2 blocks from famous Moonlight Beach, and 4 blocks old-town Encinitas. Encinitas is considered by many as one of the true gem beach areas in the county, providing many niche eating and shopping options.
Amenities include a queen sized bed, stone floor, and the entertainment system includes a 50 inch flat screen TV with access to see and record on DVR all local and standard cable channels, plus Netflix. Sit in your private backyard and have a meal the patio table.

Moonlight is one of the most popular beaches in North County San Diego, with facilities that include restrooms, showers, volleyball courts, fire pits, beach rentals , children’s playground, and even a great snack bar! If you want a more secluded beach, just walk about 100 yards north or south on the beach.
Walk into downtown Old Encinitas and eat at one of the many great restaurants or shop at the small unique shops.
The unit has complete set of dishes, linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and wifi. Also has private washer and dryer. Drip coffee maker with filters.
There is no bath tub, so for small children, it may not be a great place.
We are dog-friendly. The unit is best suited for small to mid-size dogs.

No events or parties.
No smoking in unit or in backyard.
Quite time after 10pm, this is a quiet neighborhood

We would love to welcome you to this custom beach house jewel for your splendid Southern California escape. It is newly remodeled with expansive upgrades throughout, including newly installed air-conditioning! The 3-bedroom, 2 bath Hawaiian-craftsman styled home comfortably sleeps 7. Several beaches in Leucadia plus numerous restaurants and bars along Coast Highway 101 are within a short distance. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features a 9-foot island, high-end appliances, Sub-zero fridge and bar seating. A Dutch-door off the kitchen leads to an inviting covered front porch. The spacious great room has cathedral ceilings, custom cabinetry, lighting, and entertainment center complete with Sony Smart TV and built-in Sonos surround sound system. Walk out the wide sliding doors from the great room and you’re in your own outdoor living room, covered by a substantial timber frame that includes comfortable seating, lighting and a large stone hearth fireplace. Multiple outdoor living areas let you seamlessly transition from indoor to outdoor for your personal immersive SoCal experience. Each bedroom includes decorative furnishings, ample storage, and premium memory foam mattresses. Two bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. This serene property is a short walk to Beacons Beach and all of the renowned restaurants, breweries, and wineries along Coast Highway. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, this beach house is ideal for a romantic weekend getaway or family beach vacation, and offers the best in home entertainment and outdoor enjoyment. This house has a secluded hot tub, a fire pit, hammock, and outside dining on the large backyard deck. It also includes family board games, bicycles, and ping pong/pool table.
The Space
A perfect relaxing beach retreat; the Townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1 half bath. It is just a 0.6 mile walk to Beacon's Beach and 1.4 miles to Moonlight Beach. The front and backyard are perfect for families with a fully secure jacuzzi, and a turf front yard with a hammock (fully fenced). The home has been completely remodeled inside. Including AC!
The home includes one driveway parking spot along with ample street parking. In addition, there are 4 soft boogie boards, two beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, a pop-up beach tent, a wagon, beach toys, beach towels, pack and play crib and a high chair. Just arrive and you are ready for a wonderful day at the beach, or a family day at the house. The bedrooms are well equipped with comfortable mattresses and an extra blow up queen mattress and bedding to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. If a 9th person wants to sleep on the couch, that is also an option. The entire home is very nicely furnished and well outfitted for our guests.
The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town, with modern splashes of luxury and tons of eclectic soul. The cliffs at Beacons Beach boast views of the entire coastline and the stairs that lead down to world class, Beacons Beach. The home is also just blocks away from several great places to eat or have a drink.
Further, it is a short walk to Coast Highway where you will find unique boutiques, phenomenal Mexican food, local coffee houses, antique stores, a new and used record store, and so much more! Stroll down a little further on the weekends and stop by the Seaside Bazaar, North County's only open-air market. At night, enjoy home cooking in your beach close rental, or check out one of the local neighborhood restaurants such as Le Papagayo, a small eclectic restaurant offering amazing food, drinks and live entertainment. Or maybe you would enjoy Saint Archer, a brewery offering some of San Diego's finest brews.

The amazing, large 2 Bed 2 bath town home, has an ocean view and is 40 feet from the Beacon's Beach Access.
Its large private fenced front yard is perfect for families and approved pets. The entire building has two town homes. One is upstairs and the this home is downstairs. The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town with restaurants within one block. We are pet friendly with pre approval.

We are literally just across Neptune from Beacon's. As they say less than a "stones throw." This is the only home in this area with a large oceanfront grass yard. The yard is perfect for families to comfortably spend time inside and outside together as well as have a safe place for pets. The home has just been completely remodeled inside and has an updated look and decor.
The home includes 2 assigned parking spots, 2 soft surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys. Just arrive and you are ready for a wonderful day at the beach. The bedrooms are well appointed, with a King bed in each room, large closets, TVs, and matching bedroom dressers. For larger groups, we have a convertible futon in the second bedroom, with sheets, pillows, and a blanket. The entire home is very nicely furnished and well outfitted for our guests.

We are less than a mile to the Amtrak boarding area.
This property is amazing. The large Oceanfront grass front yard makes for one of the most unique beach homes available in this area, as well as the ocean view and wonderful sunsets. We are just across the street from Beacon's Beach Access. As such we are within ear shot of the Amtrak train. It doesn't bother most guests but we installed 4-pane windows for our very light sleepers. Most of our guests say that a fan is enough not to hear the train.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. NO PARTIES. Outside Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. This is a residential neighborhood, so please respect the privacy of your neighbors. Neighbors are very sensitive to noise and will notify property owner immediately of any disturbances.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
6. Only use furniture/appliances for their intended uses.
7. Pets are permitted only with prior approval.
8. Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

12. Abusive/Offensive language will not be tolerated. OWNER can dismiss GUEST at any time due to Abusive/Offensive language towards guests, neighbors, agents of the owner, as well as the owner.
13. GUEST shall not perpetrate, allow or suffer any acts or omissions contrary to law or ordinance to be carried on upon the leased premises or in any common area. Upon obtaining actual knowledge of any illegal acts or omissions upon the leased premises, GUEST agrees to immediately inform OWNER and the appropriate authorities. GUEST shall bear responsibility for any and all illegal acts or omissions upon the leased premises and shall be considered in breach of this AGREEMENT upon conviction of GUEST or any of GUEST’S family or invitees, licensees, and/or guests for any illegal act or omission upon the leased premises- whether known or unknown to GUEST.
14. Laundry machines are provided for your convenience. Laundry hours are from 8:00am-9:00pm daily. Please keep laundry room/area clean at all times. Clear out all lint traps before/after every use. 13. GUEST shall not perpetrate, allow or suffer any acts or omissions contrary to law or ordinance to be carried on upon the leased premises or in any common area. Upon obtaining actual knowledge of any illegal acts or omissions upon the leased premises, GUEST agrees to immediately inform OWNER and the appropriate authorities. GUEST shall bear responsibility for any and all illegal acts or omissions upon the leased premises and shall be considered in breach of this AGREEMENT upon conviction of GUEST or any of GUEST’S family or invitees, licensees, and/or guests for any illegal act or omission upon the leased premises- whether known or unknown to GUEST.
14. Laundry machines are provided for your convenience. Laundry hours are from 8:00am-9:00pm daily. Please keep laundry room/area clean at all times. Clear out all lint traps before/after every use.
