"This property needs to implement better food safety measures. My sister ate a moldy breakfast sandwich during the stay and we were told we'd hear back from the general manager in regards to what they plan to do so this doesn't happen again to others. We're still waiting to hear from him. Nobody even followed up to make sure she was okay and not sick. Just because you offer a free breakfast doesn't mean it's okay to serve spoiled food! Unacceptable experience. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. My family is very used to cheaper hotel/motel rooms when traveling so we had low expectations. I expected plain features, some noise, and outdated furniture. This place was on a whole different level and shouldn't be opened. In addition to the extreme noise and tenants who lived in the rooms asking for things from my partner, there was mold on the walls, roaches/eggs in the pictures, exposed wires sticking out of the walls including in the bathroom. The outlet that the TV went to didn't work and we couldn't try another because the cord was screwed to the wall. The blanket had large dirty spots and stains all over it. I could see outside through the gap in the side and bottom of the door as well as a hole by the AC. We went to the office and asked for a refund due to the condition - there was absolutely no hope that any other room was in better shape - and the lady said she wanted to see it, as if she didn't believe us. She saw it and just said "ok". I had to file for a cancelation/refund through the app to get a refund. This place isn't safe at all, inside or out. It isn't safe for children with the wires and no one should be expected to sleep in a bed surrounded by mold and covered in dirt and stains. I have no idea how this place is even opened."
