The Solymar beach resort is not the most expensive resort in the Hurghada/Safaga area, but it’s also not the cheapest. Because of this, we were expecting it to be quite middle-of-the-range in terms of quality. At every turn, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. The staff were friendly and courteous - whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or walking past someone watering the grass, you are guaranteed a friendly greeting. Everyone is quick to know their customers - after just a day in our usual spot on the beach, Ahmed knew our usual order. The hyper-energetic Magic Entertainment team members were also quick to build rapport and make us feel included in the resort vibes. We plunged immediately into extreme relaxation with a “honeymoon massage” at the spa, which included time in the dry and steam saunas, a special hammam exfoliation ritual on a heated marble slab, a full-body Dead Sea mud wrap, and an oil massage. The masseuses were talkative and playful - possibly not to everyone’s taste, but this seems to be the Egyptian way and certainly got me smiling and giggling along. There is not a moment of the day when you might be at risk of going hungry. From the early breakfast in the main restaurant, to the late breakfast at the beach, to the drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day at the pool bar and restaurant, there is always a wide array of quality F&B choices. There is some variation from day -to-day options, and it’s always worth checking out the “fresh-from-the-grill” area to see what the day’s speciality may be. Part of the stay includes one complementary meal at one of the two a la carte restaurants (Italian/Egyptian) where the food is a level or two up from what’s served in the buffets. Go hungry - the Egyptian meal included a starter of hot and cold mezze, a soup, a main course and a dessert (with alternative plant-based and kiddies’ menus). The resort has done a lot to ensure that it is eco friendly. Apart from the usual request to hang up towels to save water on unnecessary cleaning, they also purify their own water, which is left in your room in chilled glass bottles (it tastes a little weird, but it’s good for the planet). Overall, highly recommend the Solymar resort.

Rooms are well renovated. Plumbing is not good. Sink drainage is blocked. Shower water is weak.

2月末に4歳の子供とこのホテルで7日間滞在し、素晴らしい休暇を過ごしました。全体的にとても満足しています。 ビーチは最高です。サンベッドはたくさんあり、間隔も十分に取られているので、混雑を感じることはありません。砂は柔らかく、海への入り口は穏やかで快適で、貝殻もほとんどありません。ビーチ沿いにはライフガードタワーがあり、安心感があります。大きなバーではソフトドリンク、アルコール、コーヒーを提供しており、他に小さなバーが2つあります。更衣室があり、サンベッドとパラソルは丈夫で手入れが行き届いています。ビーチスタッフは親切で気配りが行き届いており、タオルを配ってくれたり、サングラスを拭いてくれたり、飲み物を持ってきてくれたりします。ヨガ、バチャータ、ズンバ、ペタンク、ビーチバレーなど、ビーチでのエンターテイメントも充実しています。パドルボードのレンタルやジムもあり、アクティビティの選択肢が広がります。 朝食は種類豊富で新鮮でした。オムレツ、パンケーキ、ワッフルなどのライブクッキングステーションがあり、その場で伝統的なエジプト料理も調理してくれます。ハニーステーション、2種類のポリッジ、焼きたてのフラットブレッドをはじめとする豊富な種類のペストリーやパンも楽しめました。サラダ、野菜、チーズ、コールドカット、魚、ソーセージ、そしてキウイ、メロン、リンゴ、グアバなどのフルーツサラダも種類豊富です。 3人のセラピストによるマッサージを試しましたが、どれも素晴らしかったです。ぜひスパサービスでゆったりとした時間を過ごしてみてください。 ホテル全体に音楽が巧みに取り入れられています。メインレストランでは、心地よいクラシックピアノやジャズが楽しめます。午後には、ドーナツを提供するカフェでギター、サックス、バイオリン、ボーカルなどの生演奏が行われます。夜には歌やダンスなどの賑やかなエンターテイメントプログラムがあり、夜はステージ近くにナイトクラブがあります。 スタッフの皆さんは本当に素晴らしかったです。気配りが行き届いていて、対応も迅速、どんなリクエストにも快く応じてくれました。特に子供連れのお客様には優しく接してくださり、おかげで滞在がさらに楽しいものになりました。マネージャーの方には、格別な心遣いとプロ意識に心から感謝申し上げます。 客室は広々としていてデザインも良く、独立した寝室と、ソファとテレビを備えた居心地の良いラウンジスペースがあります。ウォークインクローゼットは大きな利点で、ハンガーや収納スペースが豊富にあり、セーフティボックスも完備されています。ベッド、枕、毛布はどれも快適で、ぐっすり眠ることができました。ハウスキーピングも素晴らしく、部屋は毎日清掃され、タオル（ビーチタオルを含む）は毎日交換され、ベッドリネンはリクエストに応じて交換してもらえました。 アジア料理、イタリア料理、レバノン料理の3つのアラカルトレストランがあり、夜の食事の選択肢が広がります。ウィーン風カフェは事前予約制です。サービスは効率的で、スタッフは親切丁寧、料理は美味しく本格的です。 ホテルはサール・ハシーシュ地区に位置しています。徒歩約10分でメイン広場に出ることができ、周辺にはショッピングストリート、カフェ、公園などがあります。広場近くにある魅力的な職人のお店は特におすすめです。ユニークなお土産を見つけたり、素敵な写真を撮ったりできます。 いくつか小さな難点もありました。2月末は風がかなり強いです。気温は22～24℃、海水温は18～20℃でしたが、風が強いため、海から上がると肌寒く感じました。暖かい服装を持参することをお勧めします。ホテルには温水プールはありません。また、滞在中はキッズクラブが営業しておらず、子供向けのエンターテイメントも限られており、夜のキッズディスコもありませんでした。 これらの小さな問題はありましたが、素晴らしいリラックスした休暇を過ごすことができ、またぜひ訪れたいと思っています。

フロントデスクのサービスは特に良く、部屋のタイプは無料でアップグレードされ、クリーナーのサービスもとても良いですが、レストランのサービスは本当に機能的です、それはチップを得る機会がないと推定され、無視されます。設備は比較的古く、充電は不便です。部屋のエアコンは風量を調整でき、騒音は比較的大きいです。料理の質は限られています。パターンはあまり多くないです。ビーチは一級棒で、波がなくて、親子の家族に適しています。桟橋の近くでシュノーケリングができます。10分間歩きます。シャトルバスは三日間一回乗ったことがありません。全体的にいいです。エジプトでは国際的な五つ星の基準と言えます。

We stayed in Jaz hotel for 4 days in early April in a deluxe pool-view queen room. Positives: - The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, on the touristic promenade and quite close to the airport.  - The pools are great, the hotels has in total 6 pools and even though we sometimes had difficulty finding an empty spot to sit at the main pool, we could always find a spot on the other pools where the atmosphere was equally amazing and very relaxing. - The restaurant quality is top notch, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had anywhere, with a big variety across the different days, along with a focus on egyptian food and seafood, which i appreciated. The restaurant’s head chef himself supervised the dinner serving and gave us daily recommendations. Negatives: - The staff is helpful but not as overtly friendly and willing to help as we had experienced in other hotels. Service can sometimes be quite slow. - The room furniture, even though it’s modern, looks a bit used and is not very well maintained. - The rooms are clean, but again not at the same level of cleanliness you would expect at this price level. - Internet speed is quite low (2-3 Mbps), so no streaming possible - There are daily nightly entertainment programs, however, they are not as varied or extensive as other hotels i had experienced. I got the impression that the hotel is more targeted towards older travelers who prefer the peace and quiet and don’t care about nightly activities, but it may be because of the time of the year I visited in. Overall, it was a good experience and the negatives I listed can be considered nitpicky, but honestly, at this price level, I would expect a flawless experience and I have had better experiences at this price level in Hurghada. The only clear positive for Jaz is the quality of the restaurant.

Rogina Hotel is beautiful and suitable for families. Reception staff Mr. Sharif, Mr. Mohamed Eid, Mr. Ahmed and all reception staff with beautiful smiles. F&B department service is excellent. Thanks and appreciation to the food and beverage department, all of them. The agriculture department, the greenery is very beautiful. And the cleaning department, thanks and appreciation to everyone. Thanks and appreciation to brother Mohamed Hassan. From the first day I entered the room, it was completely clean until I left the room. I hope that when I come again, we will be in the same room and Mohamed Hassan will be present. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at The Grand Hotel Hurghada (24/7 – 30/7) I had an absolutely wonderful stay at **The Grand Hotel Hurghada** from **July 24th to July 30th**, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for making our vacation truly memorable. The **food** was simply outstanding. The quality, taste, and unbelievable variety exceeded all expectations. Every meal offered something new and delicious, making dining one of the highlights of our stay. The **staff** deserve special recognition. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were always smiling and genuinely happy to help, serving guests with dedication and pleasure. Their positive attitude made us feel at home from the very first day. A special thank you goes to **Mr. Nader** at the Reception. He is, without a doubt, one of the best hotel reception managers I have ever met. He is highly professional, courteous, and an excellent problem-solver. Any issue was handled quickly and efficiently, always with a smile. I would also like to thank **Mr. Mohamed Moawad** from the Food & Beverage Department. He is one of the finest professionals at the hotel—extremely humble, welcoming, respectful, and genuinely caring about the guests' comfort. Another person who deserves special praise is **Chef Mahmoud**. He is simply one of the best. His passion and dedication are reflected in the outstanding quality of the food served throughout the resort. The team at the **Eastern Restaurant** was exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. **Mostafa** and **Ashraf** and **Mohamed**deserve special recognition for their excellent service and kindness. Dining there was always a wonderful experience. The **Room Service** was also excellent. **Majed** is a kind-hearted gentleman who serves guests with genuine dedication, professionalism, and a cheerful attitude. His hard work did not go unnoticed. The **beach** is beautiful, sandy, clean, and perfect for families. There were always plenty of available sunbeds and enough space for everyone to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. The hotel offers a great selection of restaurants: * The International Restaurant next to the Reception. * The Pasta Restaurant on the second floor. * The Eastern Restaurant with its outdoor grill near the Reception. * The large white beach restaurant serving Shawarma, Burgers, Hot Dogs, and Pizza. * Another beach restaurant serving snacks and French fries. Every one of these restaurants offered excellent food and service. The only point I would suggest improving is the **swimming pool area**. The hotel has only one main pool, which is not enough considering the large number of guests staying at the resort. Overall, my family and I had an outstanding holiday. The excellent hospitality, delicious food, beautiful beach, and the genuine kindness of the staff made this one of our best vacations. I highly recommend **The Grand Hotel Hurghada** and look forward to returning again.

泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

このホテルは少し古めかしいので、一泊滞在には適しています。本当に快適なオールインクルーシブ体験をお求めならお勧めしませんが、初日に遅く到着するなら、一晩過ごすには良い場所です。価格に見合った価値があります。 余談ですが、最初に割り当てられた部屋の照明が点かず、1階にあり、バルコニーのドアが閉まりませんでした。ショックでした。電話で報告したところ、すぐに部屋を変更してもらえました。設備は新しくありませんが、部屋は本当に広々としています。 私の予約には朝食と夕食が含まれており、1人あたり200元未満だったので、とてもお得でした。
