チャタヌーガのフィットネスルーム・ジム付きホテル

Our stay was great. The hotel was clean. Our room was cozy and clean. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. The location was convenient to our family and places to visit. We are grateful and will return again.

Very clean.   My only complaints  -  There was some loud banging around 5 am, couldn’t figure out where that came from and the garbage truck ran at 4:15am all around the property at other businesses so you could hear dumpsters slamming down for about 30 minutes

ベッドはきれいではなかった。シーツに髪と食べ物の粉が!フロントデスクの店員はとても素敵で、シーツを持ってきました。彼女は彼女がホテルで唯一の人だったので、彼女は私たちのためにシーツを交換するために誰かを送ることができなかったので、私たちは自分のベッドを交換しなければなりませんでした! 寝た後の午後10時頃、誰かが私たちの上の部屋で走り回っているのを聞き始めました。彼らが落ち着くかどうかを確認するために約1時間辛抱強く待っていましたが、ついにフロントデスクに電話して文句を言わなければなりませんでした。デスクの店員は、彼女が数分後にそれを処理すると述べ、騒音は止まり、深夜まで眠りに落ちなかった。

One of our favorite places to stay!! We love the location! Easy to walk anywhere we want to go!! Staff is always amazing!! Some of our favorites are people watching from the balcony and hanging out at the awesome pool!! A little hidden paradise!! Book a long suite with a balcony….you won’t be disappointed 🙂

The bed covers were for a queen bed however the room had a king bed. Surely housekeeping would have noticed the covers didn't cover the bed! There were 5 tissues in the dispenser. The window shade would not open. The bed frame hit the back of our legs when getting in or out of bed. The mattress needs to be replaced as there is a hump in the middle.  This is the 5th Tru hotel we have stayed in & this location doesn't measure up to what we have come to expect from a Hilton property

This hotel was in a wonderful location. We were in walking distance to lots of good eateries, the aquarium and the river walk. The front staff that we encountered were always kind to us and helpful. We booked a double room and it was nothing spectacular about it. Clean but not spotless. It was comfortable enough to enjoy a weekend getaway as a family. I did notice there was some sort of pink stain in the tub and some shed hair…I just cleaned it out before we used it. The WiFi was good, so we were able to do homework and check emails. All in all, not a bad place to stay! The pool area was nice for the kiddos!

Nice place for great price. Many restaurants close by. Coffee complimentary. Breakfast is ala carte . Ok work is cuz we don’t eat breakfast anyhow. It probably helped keep the price lower.

Would have given them 5 happy faces for the swimming pool BUT it was only open from 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. We didn't get to swim because of the time limitations. 👎 I was so disappointed 😞 But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍 Everything was clean and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍 We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉

私たちの最初の部屋は掃除されておらず、ベッドも作られていませんでした。 2番目の部屋は以前に喫煙者に貸し出されていたようです。匂いは圧倒的でした。 私たちの3番目の部屋は不快な臭いがしましたが、この時までに、私たちはあきらめる準備ができていました。私たちは部屋を受け入れ、夜を過ごしました。 コロナウイルスのため、コンチネンタルブレックファーストは閉鎖されました。代わりに、マフィン、フルーツカップ、グラノーラバー、ボトル入り飲料水が入った袋が渡されました。 このホテルでの4回目の滞在でした。私たちの以前の経験は素晴らしかった。ただし、将来的には別の宿泊施設を探しています。

ホテルは比較的古く、特にカーペットは潮の匂いがして、きれいではないと感じています。しかし、場所はとても良いです、駐車場は広いです、部屋は広いです、サービスは良いです、朝食は良いです、私は慣れているので、私は何度もここに滞在しました。隣のマリオットホテルに泊まったことがありますが、豪華ですが部屋は狭いですが、真夜中に2回火災が発生しました。価格が低すぎて、経験が悪すぎました。だから私はよくここに住んでいます。
