まず、この素晴らしい滞在を提供してくださったホテルに感謝いたします！部屋と中華レストランのテーブルの装飾は、暖かくロマンチックで、お祝いムードに満ちた上品なものでした。フロントのスタッフも中華レストランのサービススタッフも、皆とても感じが良く、親切で丁寧、そしてきめ細やかな対応でした。レストランのシェフが心を込めて作った長寿麺や、パティシエが丁寧に作ったバースデーケーキは、味覚だけでなく視覚も楽しませてくれました！細部にわたるまでホテルの品質と心遣いが感じられ、今回の滞在体験は期待をはるかに上回るものでした。そして、この場を借りて、Anneさん、あなたのあらゆる努力に心から感謝いたします🙏🏿

私はMinghaoとInterContinentalからInterContinental Hotelを選び、体験しました。客観的な滞在評価と主観的な感想は以下の通りです。 仕える： 客観的で素晴らしい5つ星のレビューは、主にサービスバトラーの趙欣馨さんの温かく忍耐強い対応と、ホテルの熱心な紹介によるものです。ホテルの体験談を積極的にお聞かせください、ありがとうございます！ 環境： 1. ホテル外部環境： 仙山エリアに位置し、徒歩10分圏内で山、池、湖、森林のさまざまな景色を楽しめます。インターコンチネンタル灯台は湖と山の景色を引き立てます。駐車場もとても便利です。外まで運転する必要はありません。 2. ホテルの環境： 夏には、2 つの屋外インフィニティ プールから港と湖の素晴らしい景色をお楽しみいただけます。屋内プールは同レベルのホテルの中では比較的小さめです。港湾エリアに位置しているため、湖畔にはプライベートな緑地があり（リスをよく見かけます）、夕方にはお部屋や湖畔のバーで夕日を眺めることもできます。ホテルに宿泊するとアクティビティがかなり多くありますが、料金は比較的高めです。充電ステーションがあります。 部屋： チェックインの手配は素晴らしかったです。 1. 外観については購入者の写真をご参照ください。窓の外では小さなツバメが至近距離で遊び回っていました。 2.内容：赤ちゃんに優しく接し、赤ちゃんがいる家庭のお世話（入浴、洗濯など）をします。ベッドサイドのデータケーブルとソケットは非常に便利です。 3. 高級客室には独立したドレッシングエリアとダイソンが備わっています。 4. エグゼクティブルームには衣類のメンテナンス設備がございます。 部屋に対する要求が高かったので、レイアウトを少し調整したら、快適になりました！ 食事： 朝食は同レベルのホテルの中でも種類が豊富です。例：9種類のフレッシュフルーツが同時に用意されており、ベネディクトエッグも用意されています。 ホテル選びのヒント: ミンハオ ホテルには素晴らしい大きなテラスがありますが (まだ宿泊したことはありません)、雨の日は役に立ちません。インターコンチネンタルは、さまざまな気象条件を考慮して、屋内ソファと床から天井までの窓、および屋外ソファの 2 つの小さなエリアに分かれています。参考用です。 デメリットと提案: 1. 浴槽はとても大きいのですが、それに合う浴槽カバーがありません。いずれも標準サイズとのことですが、浴槽が高級タイプなので、大きめサイズの浴槽カバーを用意する必要があります。 2. ホテルのエレベーターは各階に行くのにカードをスワイプする必要がなく、セキュリティ感を向上させる必要があります。 3. 平日の夜間はスパの受付スタッフがおりません。 4. 高速鉄道駅からは少し遠いですが（車で45分）、1回の充電で2日間は使えます。途中には立ち寄るべき美しい景色がたくさんあります。

This place is nice, but i would not consider it a hotel. It’s somewhere in between a B&B and a hotel. The rooms are pretty ok in size and come with balconies, the aircon is strong enough for the hot summer days. However, be prepared to be far from any food or drink delivery! It is really remote. It has a great view, although they tell you they have a hotspring it is man-made u could just order the room with a bathtub it will be similar, and not need to pay 500rmb for it.  The in-house food is not bad, I would recommend to order one day in advance. They also offer for 500rmb, barbecue services which i think is outrageous as it does not include food cost. The beds in the room are very very uncomfortable. If u have a bad back, just go for the international starred hotels. They have huge big insects coming in at night, do be careful not to let any of them in at night.

世界で色々なホテルを回りましたがその中でもトップクラスのクオリティでした。部屋がいいのはもちろんの事、リトリートや癒しをコンセプトしたヨガや、散歩などのレクリエーションが素晴らしくとても癒されました。スタッフ、講師の先生もとてもフレンドリーで知的で一泊だけでしたが非常に楽しい滞在でした。他のホテルも色々調べましたが間違いなくコストに対して価値のある滞在になる事でしょう。

山の中腹に位置します。近くに何もありませんが、ホテル内の環境はとても良いです。玄関を入るとすぐに最高の景色が見えます。全体的にタイのスタイルが残されており、中国の魅力が組み合わされています。雰囲気はとても良いです。香りがとても良い香りがします。施設も充実しており、子供を預けて工作をしたり、広い芝生や遊び施設もいくつかあります。もうすぐ冬が来るので、雪が降ったらまた温泉を体験してみたいと思いました。スタッフの対応がとても良いです 誕生日には執事さんがケーキまで用意してくれました 定食についている鶏鍋も美味しいです 朝食バイキングもOKです 純粋な休日にはホテルを選んでゆっくりできますそして楽しんでください。

スタッフはとても親切でした。特に親切だったフロントデスクのスタッフの写真も添付されていました。ホテルはきれいで、ウォーターパークなど、周辺にはやることがたくさんあります。朝食はまあまあでしたが、洋食の選択肢は限られていました。しかし、アフタヌーンティーはあまりよくなく、ペストリーやケーキはすべて凍ったままテーブルに運ばれてきたので、食べることができませんでした。温泉は温度がいろいろ選べて最高でした。

We chose this hotel primarily for its promise of a secluded, nature-connected experience and its on-site hot springs—a perfect antidote to busy city life. The room was warm, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The best feature was the house's layout—separated from others, it felt private, secluded, and truly integrated with the natural surroundings. It was the peaceful haven we needed. The hotel territory is vast and beautifully maintained, perfect for calming walks. The dining experience was excellent: the food was tasty, presented in a clean environment, and offered a satisfying variety. Unfortunately, the main attraction became a source of stress. The culture of quiet, therapeutic relaxation expected at a hot spring was completely absent. The most visitors were behaving like they are in a public swimming pool, with yelling and kids jumping, splashing, and running around. This chaotic atmosphere made it impossible to relax or enjoy the springs' intended benefits. It felt like a disaster for anyone seeking the tranquil, restorative experience hot springs are known for. Despite the hot springs issue, our overall stay was very nice, thanks to the superb room, excellent food, and beautiful grounds. The core product—the accommodation—is outstanding. I will definitely return, but I will plan my visit for a much less busy period (perhaps weekdays or off-holidays). If you are seeking solitude and quiet, I highly recommend the rooms but advise cautious timing for the hot springs. This place has all the ingredients for a perfect retreat; you just need to find the right moment to enjoy them fully.

Great place to relax and enjoy hot springs and pools. The resort villas are decent size and clean. There is a selection of pools and hot springs to choose from. It is a large hilly resort so moving about requires using melex shuttle cars. It’s a shame it’s difficult to communicate with the local drivers… on multiple occasions we were not picked up or dropped off at the right stations. There is however an amazing group of interns from Indonesia who deliver excellent quality western standard service. It would be a great idea to place those interns across the resort to improve customer service experience and set a better example and customer focus to the local staff members who unfortunately sometimes lack customer service skills. Currently the international interns are mostly in the restaurants and spa, but they are most needed at the reception, hot springs, pool areas, shuttle service stations.

とても良いホテルです、フロントのシャオダイさんも親切で丁寧、執事のようなサービスも充実して大満足です！ホテルもとても清潔で雰囲気が良く、温泉もとても気持ち良く、杭州で1時間のリゾートです！
