駐車スペースの不足は別として、悪くはありません。町の中心部に近い良い場所、部屋は良いサイズで整頓されていました、多分カーペットはフーバーで行うことができました、朝食は温かいセルフサービスの朝食でした、そしてスタッフはフレンドリーでした。また来るだろう。

Made a booking with them for the 2023 easter weekend as we were attending a 4 day event in London. Booked it early to assure we could attend, and it the time I made the booking they carried out a card check, they actually ended up doing this 3 times over the period i had the booking, the first taking £76.50 just after i booked (I had chosen the book now, pay on the day, so i was surprised at this) 2 months before the event they did the same again, all cleared. 2 weeks after that they said my card was invalid, with insurficent funds (It wasn't), and had 23 hours to sort it, so I put my credit card information in (plenty of available credit), they rejected it say invalid car (it wasn't), so i checked the details and they were correct. The next day THEY cancelled the booking!! Leaving me without a hotel for the event, as everywhere was booked up. I'm sure they realised there was an event on after taking the booking, and wanted to resell it at twice the price. PLEASE LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT HOTEL, as these are untrustworthy, and WILL leave you in a bed situtation. They don't answer messages when you ask them either!! Fraudsters and charlatons!! (I didn't actually go in March, but had to choose that to get on here and warn people!)

Should’ve have seen the red flag when the lady at reception prioritised being on the phone, rather than attending to two waiting customers. Once I finally had her attention, her attitude stank, and I won’t even start on her monotone voice. And now I know that voice was only good for lying about the “refundable after check out” deposit. They hold on to your deposit for dear life, and takes weeks after badgering them to get it back, if you’re lucky from the sounds of other reviews, who weren’t so lucky. Anyways, once you survive the turmoil of the reception lady, you now have to face the dingy state of what they call a room. Anyone who values their human rights would feel violated at the state of rooms provided. Old worn out beds, with pillows that may as well be cardboards. You could feel the springs of the mattresses attacking your ribcage. Outdated wallpaper and carpet. Mixture of damp and Smokey smell, which I couldn’t even get rid off after spraying. Hazardous steps all throughout the corridors and lead up to your bedroom. Rooms were cold and damp, had to sleep with jumpers on. One of the worst nights of my life, honestly.

地元のExCelセンターで働いている間、ゲストハウスに1週間滞在しました。ゲストハウスは多くの地元のテイクアウトに囲まれ、通常の営業時間外の無料駐車場に近接しています。(7:30-6pm月曜日-金曜日は残りの時間に無料です)宿泊施設には、フォブでアクセスできる独自の入り口があります。ドアを通って、パブの上に座っている階段のセットにつながります。私たちのためにチェックインはバーマネージャーと話していました。部屋は大きな価値でした。金曜日と土曜日の夜にはパブのライブ音楽が聞こえますが、ライブ音楽が嫌いな場合は、寝るのを助けるために部屋に標準として耳栓を提供したホテルが大好きでした。私たちは両方ともそれを楽しんで、再び滞在します。
