「Pros: The staff were very friendly and approachable. The location was good for anyone exploring the surrounding walks and for a morning or afternoon out hiking, with eateries and grocery shop nearby for feeding the family afterwards. Good option of staying in Jindabyne is important. Improvement Suggestions: The kitchen had food stuck to the cutlery and sticky stains outside and inside the fridge which we had to try to clean before using it for our own supplies. The rubbish was not taken out daily as stated on the sign. There was very little soap, shampoo and conditioner provided for the number of guests - we didn’t mind buying some at the supermarket but it would have been nice to be told of this in advance. No air conditioning in summer and fans provided were not very powerful.」

「The room was very clean. We were well looked after. Breakfast was amazing 😍. The family was perfect as my wife and I still had our privacy. Room layout perfect. Thanks Team Banjo!」

「We stayed at this 4-star hotel for a ski holiday and were disappointed with several aspects. The in-room WiFi was extremely weak—barely usable—and mobile signal was also poor, making it nearly impossible to access the internet. When we raised this with the front desk, the response was unhelpful; the only offered solution was rebooting the router, which made no difference. More importantly, my wife had an urgent online meeting, and despite the hotel’s WiFi issues being the cause, we were told we had to pay extra to use an available meeting room—this felt unprofessional and unsupportive. The room itself was outdated, and we even found stains on a pillow. Breakfast was very basic, comparable to motels at a fraction of the price. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent, with stunning lake views from the balcony. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen, utensils, washer and dryer, which is helpful for ski travelers. Overall, while the location and amenities were appreciated, the poor service and maintenance significantly impacted our stay.」

「Amazing location. 30 minutes drive from here to Perisher. Onsite facility notes provide information for snow chains. Facility has onsite restaurant, see menu in photos attached. Will travel again soon with family to the hotel.」

「Great experience, nice TV, need more cleaning such as removing all dead bugs around conor of doors and sofa.」

「Very nice location, just opposite the lake. Easy to take a morning walk along the river. The carbin is well equipped, the water is hot and stable, there is the air conditioner as well to keep night warm in the winter.」
