この宿に泊まると、まるで我が家に帰ってきたかのような居心地の良さを感じます。もう一日滞在したかったのですが、残念ながら満室で予約が取れませんでした。次回潮州に来る際は、必ず早めに予約したいと思います。 **清潔さ:** 今まで宿泊した民宿の中で最も清潔でした。オーナーさんの細やかな気遣いが感じられます。部屋の除湿機の上に物干しハンガーが設置されており、洗濯が終わった服をハンガーにかけて置くと、除湿機を数時間稼働させるだけで服が乾くのは素晴らしいアイデアです！ **内装:** デザインが非常に素晴らしく、趣のある配置が印象的でした。 **立地:** 古城の中心部に位置しており、観光スポットへも徒歩圏内です。開元路と義安路の交差点まで徒歩1分でタクシーを拾えますし、オーナーさんがタクシーの手配もしてくれます。車が宿の目の前まで来てくれるので、非常に便利でした。 **サービス:** サービスも大変丁寧で、オーナーさんが荷物を運んでくださいました。工夫茶を淹れてくださり、オーナーさんからは鳳凰山坪坑頭原産の鴨屎香茶が一番美味しいと教えていただきました。潮州の地図もいただけましたし、WeChatを追加するとおすすめのグルメ情報を送ってくれます。根気強く、詳しく説明してくださるなど、細やかなおもてなしに感動しました。

1) Location is superb. Right smack in the ancient city and 50m from the landmark guangji gate. You can walk everywhere to do your visits and taste street food & other gourmets . You can even get on a trishaw & do a slow sightseeing of the city among the interesting streets outside the non-traffic square 2) hotel is new about 6 months old. Clean and full amenities . The bed is comfortable and good. We are not familiar with the light switches so had trouble switching to dim lights at night 3) there’s a lift and a laundry area downstairs 4) service is perfect . Our room came with breakfast. Breakfast is simple and fresh and wholesome . Well in chaozhou you probably wanna skip to eat the yummy snacks on the street. We had breakfast for 2 days. On the last day we skipped. We slept in till breakfast time was over. We had bought a rice dumpling and a rice snack the day before. We requested for them to heat up. They went beyond our expectations. Not only heat up, but gave us fresh fruits all serve properly on a tray like room service. Thank you 5) we booked a one bedroom suite on level 2. Ceilings are high. Room is airy. Soundproofing is good. Once the windows are closed. There’s minimal noise from street outside. By night 10pm it’s quiet . Morning noises only start around 9am plus from tourists foot traffic 6) Tip- as traffic are not allowed on that street. The nearest point is to get off at the Xia shui men (下水门） gate and enter the gate. From there you walk about 100-150m on flat well-tiled surfaces to the hotel 7) hope the hotel maintains their cleanliness & newness moving forward . Will definitely stay there again when in chaozhou

Decent size room and service was excellent. Walking distance to paifang street hence plenty of food options all day long. Washer n dryer for guest.

During my recent stay at the Homeinn Plus Chauzhou Hotel, I encountered a rather mixed experience that I feel compelled to share. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by an unpleasant odor that lingered in the air, making it difficult to relax. The smell seemed to be a combination of stale air and something musty, which certainly put a damper on my first impression of the hotel. Despite the initial setback, I found the hotel staff to be exceptionally helpful and accommodating. After expressing my concerns at the front desk, the receptionist was quick to apologize and offered to reallocate me to a different room. I appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to rectify the situation, which significantly improved my experience. The new room was a breath of fresh air—literally. It was clean, well-maintained, and free of any unpleasant odors. I was grateful for the staff's prompt action, which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my stay without any lingering discomfort. The amenities in the new room were satisfactory, with comfortable bedding and a nice view of the surrounding area. While my initial room left much to be desired, the positive attitude and efficiency of the hotel staff made a significant difference. Their commitment to customer satisfaction transformed a potentially negative experience into a more pleasant one. In conclusion, while I cannot overlook the issue of the stinky room, the helpfulness of the staff in reallocating me to a better accommodation certainly deserves recognition. I would consider returning to the Sunshine Hotel in the future, but I hope they can address the odor issue in their rooms to enhance guest satisfaction overall.

S Treasure is a charming boutique hotel situated in an exceptional location, just a short walk from the historic Paifang Street (牌坊街) and Kaiyuan Temple (开元寺). Because of its proximity to these two iconic landmarks, the area is very lively and bustling with crowds. Service & Experience: Check-in was entirely seamless. A special mention to the cleaning ”aunties” who are incredibly efficient, thorough, and polite—their service truly enhanced our stay. One of us had suffered a bone fracture earlier in our trip, making mobility difficult. Despite it being a busy public holiday, the hotel staff personally assisted with our luggage and went the extra mile to coordinate a private hire vehicle that could drive closer to the premises to pick us up. We are truly grateful for their compassion and help during a difficult time. Important Access Information: The hotel is located within a gazetted heritage zone where Didi and private vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please be aware that because the area is a dedicated pedestrian zone and very crowded, you cannot ride e-scooters or rickshaws directly to the hotel door. Under normal circumstances, you must be prepared to alight outside the zone and walk in. Transport & Facilities: Exploring: Many electrical rickshaws and e-scooter rentals are available just outside the pedestrian zone. Rooms: Surprisingly spacious with individual air-conditioning. Modern Amenities: Bathrooms feature automated toilets with bidet functions. Laundry: Highly convenient self-service washer and dryer facilities.

このホテルは立地も良く、設備も充実していて、しかもお手頃価格です！シャワーは素晴らしく、ベッドはまさに完璧でした！部屋は広々としていました。 朝食はそれほど美味しくはありませんでしたが、何か食べることはできました。 砂糖の賞味期限が数ヶ月も過ぎていました。 Wi-Fiはひどく、まるでWi-Fiがないような状態でした。実際、ナビは個人のSIMカードを使っていました。 潮州にまた行く機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。

Exceptional Stay – Truly Felt at Home From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional welcome from the front desk team. Specially thanks to Miss 樱桃. Every staff member I encountered – from reception to housekeeping – went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They even help me to follow up with my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff. The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located inside Chaozhou oldtown, dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. Take note this hotel is located inside the old town, may need to walk to main road for didi. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the relaxing lounge areas to the private villa facilities with massage chair and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – cleanliness, service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

We were tossing between selecting Fortune  Hotel and another one closer to the centre of city . We were glad that we made the right choice in Fortune hotel for our two days holidays in ChaoZhou .  The hotel was very modern and new . The place was spotless clean and lobby reception was staffed by two very courteous young ladies . Our check in was swift and we were upgraded to a room on the sixth floor.  The bedroom was spacious and clean . There were coffee and Chinese tea making facilities. In the mini fridge, we were told the three cans of soft drinks were complimentary. The toilet was very hi tech stuff with automated water splashes and the seat was heated . Now you do not find these kind of toilet facilities in China .  Breakfast has a great variety and selection of food , ranging from soup noodle with meat balls , fried vermicelli , vegetables, fried shrimps, fried chicken nuggets , century egg lean pork porridge , fresh fruits etc.   With this selection of foods for breakfast, you would not be in an hurry to have lunch . The hotel is a bit away from the pedestrian mall in PaiFang Jie , ChaoZhou old town , about 15 minutes drive costing 11 RMB . But the cleanliness of the room and large variety of food for buffet breakfast compensate for the slight inconvenience of location. If you are coming in to ChaoShan HSR station , please take the public bus with number K2 for 9 RMB and the trip would take you to the entrance ( South Gate) of PaiFang Jie instead of paying 58 RMB for a DiDi ride . After you have walked the pedestrian mall and seen the GuangJi bridge , then you take a private car ride to the Fortune hotel for 11 RMB .  We would not hesitate to recommend to Trip members to stay at Fortune hotel and the decision is based on its spacious room cleanliness, delicious breakfast and friendly courteous lobby staff .

ホストはとても親切で助かりました。私たちが4泊滞在することを知り、エキストラベッドが1台追加され、ランドリー設備にも近い広い部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。チェックインした時は嬉しい驚きでした。チェックイン後すぐに、私たちが座っている場所に中国茶を淹れてくれて、これから訪れるべき場所を教えてくれました。また、何か困ったことがあればいつでも連絡できるよう、WeChatのアカウントも教えてくれました。 すべてが素晴らしく、子供たちも大喜びでした。電動自転車のレンタルサービスもあり、とても便利でした。私たちはレンタル自転車に乗って、旧市街をくまなく走りました（本当におすすめです）。他の宿の料金は確認していませんでしたが、妻によると、ここの料金は西馬路の電動自転車レンタル店よりも安いそうです。中国茶も販売していて、価格的にはかなりリーズナブルでした。近くの歩行者天国（古城）でお茶を買うと、もっと高い値段になってしまうでしょう。 ロケーションは最高でした！西馬路の入り口近くに位置し、左折して古城方面へ、右折して新橋路（多くのブティックが軒を連ねる）へ歩くことができます。徒歩圏内にたくさんの屋台やレストランがあり、近くには24時間営業のミニマートもあります。 ここはホームステイなので、ホテルのようなハウスキーピングは期待しないでください。アメニティとミネラルウォーターは玄関ホールに置いてあるので、必要な分だけお持ちください。使い捨てタオルを使用しているので、初めて使う方は慣れるまで時間がかかるかもしれませんが、衛生面はしっかり保たれているので満足です。 全体的に素晴らしい滞在でした。次回の旅行でも必ずまた利用したいと思います。

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very good. We requested a non-smoking room, and the room we received did not have any cigarette smell. There were non-smoking signs in the lobby, but we did noticed some guests smoking in the lobby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
