「この宿泊施設に対する私の評価は複雑です。 2025年1月31日から2月1日までの宿泊を、1週間前にTrip.comで予約しました。 チェックイン時に、クレジットカードの限度額に達しており、50ユーロの保証金の支払いが困難であることを説明しました。 Trip.comからの確認メールには、保証金は現金またはクレジットカードでの支払いが可能と記載されていました。 しかし、受付係はTrip.comからの確認メールを見せたにもかかわらず、現金での保証金の支払いを拒否し、クレジットカードでの支払いを要求しました。 保証金の支払いに必要なクレジットカードが準備できるまで、部屋の鍵は渡さないと言われました。 私が（返金なしで？）出発しようとしたその時、友人が到着し、保証金として彼女のクレジットカードを渡すことに同意しました。 この融通の利かない対応に私は衝撃を受けました。緊張が高まっていることに気づいたマネージャーは、30秒後に謝罪し、より良い眺めの部屋にアップグレードすることで、この状況をある程度和らげてくれました。 その後、レストランが週末は休業していると知らされました。このホテルを選んだのは、口コミの評価が高く、特にルームサービスが充実していたからです（友人は持病があり、移動が困難なため）。 Googleマップではレストランが24時間営業と表示されていたことを指摘しましたが、ホテルのウェブサイトには閉店が明記されていると言われました。確かに、マップはあまり使われたり参照されたりしないので、古い情報はあまり役に立ちません…。 要するに、暖房システムの効率が悪く（暖房設定にしても冷風が吹き出す）、ぬるいお湯、そして冬に寝るのに夏用の羽毛布団（もちろん、クローゼットに毛布は入っていません）といった点を考慮すれば、このホテルでの滞在が素晴らしいものではなく、マネージャーの一人と夜間ポーターの善意にもかかわらず、お勧めできないことがお分かりいただけるでしょう。」

「L’hôtel est correct dans sont ensemble. Mais je tiens à préciser que j’ai eu affaire à une dame très désagréable lorsqu’il s’agissait de lui demander une facture. Un professionnalisme à revoir ….」

「The hotel location, on the lake, it is very nice and relaxing; the staff is nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there are a few restaurant options around the hotel (the hotel has one though). The stay was in general good, only a problem with the room door that was not automatically locking itself, meaning it was remaining ”open” after leaving the room. The issue was solved by the staff but only in the evening, when it was reported in the morning (and a second time in the evening).」

「Hotel was very clean and service was excellent. Not many amenities available and the location is a bit far from the centre of Paris but all transports including buses, trams and trains are within 10 minutes of the hotel」

「As you know, hotel prices in Paris are very high. I found several options up to 60€, but when I read the guest reviews (someone even wrote about bedbugs), I decided to stay at this hotel. And I think I did everything right. 10 minutes from the subway at a leisurely pace. Quiet place, comfortable bed, the reception staff were polite. It is quite possible that next time I come to Paris, I will stay here again.」
