「It's a small room for a standard type. The toilet was clean with all the basic amenities except for the shower. It's a bit crammed, hardly enough to swing to get showered. Poorly designed. By the way, there are many food outlets nearby and I enjoyed eating there.」

「I thought it was really sweet of the staff to contact me when I did not arrive on intended date.  I needed a late check out cos i confirmed if I could return in time. They kindly allowed me to hold on to my key and do the check out later. In the end they didn’t charge me extra for the overstay. And the coffee shop opposite is fantastic! Super convenient, nice and clean eatery! Wouldn’t mind staying there again, but it’s actually not near to where I needed to travel to. But price is really very good when I booked it. 👍🏻」

「The hotel location is very good, as it is very close to Bangi Water Park and easy to access other places. The surrounding area is full of restaurants, and there is also a playground for kids, which makes it a great place to spend time with family. However, cleanliness should be improved. The refrigerator needs proper cleaning, the toilet door was dusty, and the toilet floor was not very clean. Overall, it is still a good stay.」
