「完璧な滞在ではありませんでしたが、まあまあでした。特別なことは何もありませんでした。インジャップホテルに泊まって良かったのは、ベッドが快適だったことです。幼児がいるので、ベッドが2つあるのが良かったです。大人3人と子供1人で泊まっても快適でした。ホテルはSMイロイロのすぐ向かいに位置し、階下にはたくさんの飲食店があります。」

「ホテルに行く前に電話で確認しましょう。フロントデスクによると、予約は確認されていませんでした。 チェックインすると、Zuri Management のシステムで予約が確認できなかったと言われました。どうやら、この問題は繰り返し発生していたようで、他にも同じことを経験した旅行者が 3 ～ 4 人いました。これらの人々は Agoda、Booking で予約し、私は Trip で予約しました。Zuri Management はオーバーブッキングの問題に対処できないようでした。まだ空室が残っていてよかったです。しかし、すでに請求されているにもかかわらず、再度支払いを求められました。誰かがこの問題の責任を取るべきです。 しかし、一部の旅行者がこの面倒な手続きを踏まなければならなかったのは残念です。中には障害者や高齢者を同伴している旅行者もいました。」

「Exceptional stay - My new go-to hotel in Iloilo! I recently stayed at Figtree Hotel Iloilo and I absolutely fell in love with it. I can confidently say I will be booking this hotel for all my future travels to Iloilo! The location is fantastic and incredibly convenient, being within walking distance to SM City Iloilo. It is also surrounded by famous local restaurants— Alicia's and Netong's are in the nearby Atria Mall, and Tatoy's is located just right outside the hotel. Overall, the hotel and the rooms are remarkably clean. As a solo traveler, the room I had was perfectly sized for my needs. Another major highlight was the 5th-floor restaurant, which serves a great breakfast buffet with a good selection of food—the perfect way to kickstart your day before heading out on your itinerary. Beyond the amenities, the staff are highly polite and courteous. I also worth mentioning that the hotel layout caters well to everyone, featuring highly accessible amenities like a reliable elevator and wide, comfortable stairs. Thank you for an amazing stay.
