Large front covered porch with hammock, BBQ & patio furniture. Sundeck for private sunbathing. This elevated home has a large fenced back yard that is perfect for pets. (Our Great Dane and his playmate visit in the off season and they love it!).Why this home over others at Folly Beach?: This home was specifically designed for your vacation! The owner chose the lot and house plan with your family in mind. It's on the West side of Folly Beach where there's less traffic and noise, but only 2 1/2 blocks - easy walking distance - to the restaurants, shops, pier, etc., on Center Street. The home is 2nd row with direct access to the beach. We are PET FRIENDLY and have an ELEVATOR (great for easy unpacking and settling in after a long trip - or for any guest not able to climb stairs) and a fenced in back yard. The home is also great for anyone using a wheel chair, with extra wide doors to one master bedroom, bathroom and shower. And , unlike front beach and most 2nd row homes on Folly, this home has wonderful parking. There is room for 3 cars under the home and room for 5 more cars on the driveways. Riding the successful trend of our Tiny Shack and the increased interest in smaller, affordable beachside dwelling, we crafted these twin units just for your enjoyment in their own little compound right in the middle of the rest of our Shacks. If you have been inducted into the Sumo Wrestler Hall of Fame, or your significant other can install the Christmas star atop the tree without a ladder then this is not the place for you. Each of these micro units is approximately 11ft x 12 ft and sport a queen-size bed for your comfort, and brand new tile and glass appointed bathrooms, along with funky ceiling lines and headboards. An eat–in bistro style table or Al-Fresco set of chairs outside will give you the max relax dining experience you have been searching for. A dedicated outdoor shower (one for Itty and one for Bitty) lets you wash away the sand and surf, just in time to grill the burgers at the shared community grill in the back yard.
