This 3 bedroom 2 bath family home is comfortable and perfectly located. It is only a couple blocks to the beach or the river. Cape Kiwanda State National Park and Bob Straub State Park are both only a short walk away. Walk to Pelican Pub! Guests will fall in love with the beauty and charm of Pacific City, a hidden Oregon treasure. There are walking trails in every direction! Fully enclosed outdoor fence with outdoor shower to remove sand. This beach town has something for everyone: sand dune's to climb, surfing, boating, horseback riding, tide pools to explore, hiking, kayaking, crabbing, bicycling, bird watching, canoeing, clamming, dining in local restaurants, dory boat watching, Kite flying, hang gliding and paragliding, marine and mammal watching, photography, sand boarding and whale watching. There are shops and a new candy store in town too! Multiple deer families live all over Pacific City; close sightings happened daily. Wild rabbits also frequent the area. Stop and take the time to look at the tide pools/rocks at the base of the sand dune. They are usually alive if you are paying attention! There’s a brand new skate park in town.
