Note that there is a small yard that is not enclosed. This is a guest house with a private entrance (walk behind the large house). There are other guest houses nearby and it has a community feel. There is a train that goes by a few times a day (a bit more in summer).You will hear it a few times a day during the warmer seasons. You can wave to the people on board, which makes for a little nostalgia and joy. Please note the large patio sitting area and hot tub is for the large house only.Please note there are signs for locals at all STR properties with a number to call for complaints. That is not our number if you need help, Please disregard that number and call us if there are any issues. It's a very confusing sign.The bathroom has a small tub/shower combination. It is small. Lake Lytle is behind us a few blocks across HWY 101 if You like calmer waters for fishing, kayaking, and other water sports. Also, we are just a short walk or car ride from downtown Rockaway. Nehalem Bay and Tillamook Bay are nearby and offer great Salmon fishing, crabbing and other species of fish throughout the year. Game room in garage with ping pong and, tv, and other games.
