This smoke and pet free top floor condo (#410) is completely refurbished into a Scandinavian design. From the balcony you have a stunning view over Boca Ciega Bay. There are two rooms, one bedroom (with blackout curtains) and one living room with a bar kitchen and a large private tiled balcony. The bathroom is also new and all tiled, large, clean, and spacious. The interior decorating and furnishing are light and spacious in a very modern style. Everything is clean and up to date. We have installed an UVC, UVV light into the central AC that clean the air into HOSPITAL STANDARD. The device takes care of bacteria’s, pollen, smoke, viruses etc, dust and other small particles we breath every day.4 people easily sleep here, two in the King size bed in the bedroom, and two in the robust and modern sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is really nice and was renovated in 2021. The kitchen was also completely redone in December 2022 for a smaller fortune. AC is quiet and does the job extremely well. The kitchen is fully equipped with a brand-new Samsung fridge with freezer with an ice maker, a $3,5K Samsung range with INDUCTION stove & oven, micro-toaster, Samsung dishwasher and more. Coffee brewer, Keurig coffee maker (bring your own K-cups).There are two new (2022) Samsung 55' SAMRT TVs with a SONOS BT-speaker.
