Clementine Cottage is a completely remodeled 125-year-old home in Historic Washington, MO just blocks from the Downtown District and an easy 10 minute walk to the Washington Park and Fair Grounds. The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience including an island with 2 stools.All of the bedrooms have a luggage stand and large closets.The first floor bedroom has a king sized bed, ornate full-length mirror and shelves for you belongings.Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, each with comfortable queen sized beds, and a spa bathroom. The large upstairs bathroom is a new addition and has a large luxury shower, double sinks, and a large soaking tub.In the back yard you will find a gas grill, 4 Adirondak chairs, 6 extra folding chairs, and a fire pit - along with stacked wood for the fire pit.
