This is a clean one bedroom, 1 bath efficiency. It is located approximately 100 feet away from the main house, but still very private. It has everything you would need inside for light cooking. It also includes a keurig (we leave two k-cups). We do provide clean towels and linens as well. We have chickens on the property, so we provide a dozen fresh eggs, which we leave in the refrigerator.
