「ダイバードに遭遇して、ダラス空港に到着したのは、深夜2時。 ターミナルDからCまで、空港トランスファーバスで移動し、ターミナルCから駐車場を２つ抜けて、10分弱歩きました。 ホテルシャトルも20分おきにあると、事前に言われていましたが、深夜2時ではわからなかったからです。 ホテルシャトルを待つ場所もわらかなかった。 自力で歩いてたどり着けるのは、ありがたかった。」

「ダラスでのワールドカップの観戦旅行最終日に使いました。 スタジアムからはだいぶ遠いので観戦には向きませんが、ランドリーと乾燥機が無料で感動しました。洗剤だけ自分で持っていくといいです。 ジムやウォーターサーバーもあります。 部屋にはキッチンも付いていて、別日に泊まったマリオット系列のホテルよりアメニティも揃ってました。文句なしです。 車ですぐ近くにIN&OUTバーガーがあるので、大谷ファンの方は是非。」

「歴史を感じさせる雰囲気のホテルです。おそらく1930年代に建てられた古い建物で、なんと30階建て。当時はダラスで最も豪華な建物だったでしょう。上海風の雰囲気があり、非常に豪華でした。 サービス：フロントデスクで無料でスイートルームにアップグレードしてもらえました。とても素晴らしく、キッチンまで付いていました。 清潔さ：改善の余地があります。窓は明らかに何年も掃除されていませんでした。タオルや寝具もかなり古かったです。」

「Was a guest at the Hyatt as part of the ICSC Red River Conference and was very pleased with most of the experience. There were shuttles available that chauffeured participants between the Hyatt and the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, a benefit likely paid for by ICSC but accommodated by the hotel all the same. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was better than average although there were a couple of very small places in the room that could have used more attention. Parking isn't customer friendly, just like everywhere in downtown Dallas: Pay big money for valet service and a parking garage or pay to park on an open, unsecured lot a hundred yards away. The room's HVAC system worked wonderfully, which was great because it was on the west side of the building. The bed was especially comfortable and all of the linens were spotless... Which is always good. Did not get a chance to visit the gym or swimming pool. Did not patronize the restaurant or bar but have had good experiences in both places during past visits. The bottom line: The Hyatt Regency is still a safe bet in Dallas.」

「初めてこのホテル/サービスホテルを利用しました。メールで説明を受けていたにもかかわらず、部屋の行き方がわからず、チェックインが少し面倒でした。遅い時間で疲れていたので、それが原因だと思います。でも、部屋はとにかく素晴らしかったです。素晴らしい景色で、部屋はまさに最高級のラグジュアリーでした。バスルーム/シャワーも広くて最高でした。 もっと良いコーヒーメーカーに投資するべきだと思います。部屋はもっと良いものに値します ;-) でも、隣にスターバックスとカフェがあります。 立地は最高で、私の体験は素晴らしかったです。 また絶対に予約します。」

「el Hotel cobro 10 dolares por noche de extra por parqueo el cual decia claramente que no eran responsables de vandalismo que cada huésped era responsable del vehículo, practicamente el hotel no se hacia responsable de los daños que sufriera el vehículo pero cobraba 10 dolares por noche, pésimo servicio por parte del hotel.  Debi solicitar al hotel que hablaran con el huésped del lado de mi habitación tenían un perrito que ladraba, por dicha se resolvió, el hotel es bonito muy limpio todo, sin embargo las paredes del hotel no ayudan  se escucha todo hay un eco grande, cada vez que alguien pasaba hablando frente a. mi habitación o bien  cerraban la puerta se escuchaba el golpe., eso obedece a que las paredes no tienen buen aislamiento del ruido. el desayuno muy bueno no hay queja alguna, es tipo Buffet, sin medida comes Todo lo que gustes, y buen sabor, viaje solo.」
