Wonderful suite ! Great experience beside a 6.00AM wake up call that wasn’t requested… But they did a commercial gesture on my bill.

初めてこのホテル/サービスホテルを利用しました。メールで説明を受けていたにもかかわらず、部屋の行き方がわからず、チェックインが少し面倒でした。遅い時間で疲れていたので、それが原因だと思います。でも、部屋はとにかく素晴らしかったです。素晴らしい景色で、部屋はまさに最高級のラグジュアリーでした。バスルーム/シャワーも広くて最高でした。 もっと良いコーヒーメーカーに投資するべきだと思います。部屋はもっと良いものに値します ;-) でも、隣にスターバックスとカフェがあります。 立地は最高で、私の体験は素晴らしかったです。 また絶対に予約します。

I was never in a Virgin Hotel before. But this was a good experience. Hotel is close to Dallas design district where most of famous furniture’ brands have their show rooms. Rooms are clean , quite. and with an impactive design. The reception staff is very kind and professional. The restaurant at ground floor offers a very limited and very america menu: hamburgers ,french fries and staff like this. Nothing special but at least they serve you food till 23,

これは本当にユニークで折衷的なホテルです!サービスは素晴らしかったです!特にバーエリアやレストラン。食べ物もとてもおいしかったです。ランチと朝食のメニューを外して食べましたが、それは死ぬことになりました。屋上で飲み物を飲みましたが、フレンドリーなサービスと素晴らしい景色で壮観でした。屋上プールエリアは、ファイヤーピットと内外にたくさんのラウンジ席があり、本当に素晴らしかったです。本当に楽しい雰囲気でした。私たちの部屋は巨大で、素晴らしい景色も見られました-それは角の部屋でした。とても快適。素晴らしい滞在ができました。また、他のバーやレストランから徒歩圏内です。駐車場は豊富で無料でした。私は間違いなくそれをお勧めします。

I booked this property on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! The room is chic and spacious, with modern furniture. The lobby area is also an appeal, as it provides bountiful seating areas near the bar. The breakfast was disastrous, however. The front desk staff informed me that breakfast would end at 11:00am on weekends, but when I arrived at 9:40am the staff were already putting things away. The food quality was very low. I would recommend altering the selections to make them more edible. Overall, the experience was a good one!

滞在は最高でした。初日の夜にエアコンに不具合があったのですが、アレックスさんという修理担当の方が来てくれて、すぐに直してくれました。おかげで、もう部屋で寝苦しい思いをすることなく過ごせました。本当に素晴らしいホテルです！ぜひまた利用したいですし、おすすめします。ありがとうございました。

ヒルトン・ダラス・リンカーンセンターでの滞在は本当に素晴らしかったです！スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、チェックインもスムーズに進めてくれました。お部屋は広々として清潔で、まるで自分の家にいるような快適さでした。ホテル自体も美しく、アメニティ、特にプールとフィットネスセンターが気に入りました。 立地も最高です。ガレリア・ダラスまで歩いてすぐなので、ショッピング、レストラン、アクティビティなど、周辺にはたくさんのお店があります。さらに、ホテル内にも素晴らしいレストランが揃っているので、とても便利です。 ダラスを訪れる方には、ぜひこのホテルをおすすめします。ビジネスにもレジャーにも最適な場所です！

絶好のロケーションとアメニティ。ジェイドウォーターズパークは素晴らしいボーナスです!私が持っている唯一の不満は、プールバーがどれほど遅く、スタッフが不足していたかです。メモリアルデーの週末なので、リストバンドの価格を25ドルから55ドルに引き上げるつもりなら、全員がタイムリーにサービスを受けられるようにするために追加のスタッフを雇うことが理にかなっています。30分以上並んで待つと、ドリンクを飲みながら、ゲストは完全に楽しむことができません。

Was a guest at the Hyatt as part of the ICSC Red River Conference and was very pleased with most of the experience. There were shuttles available that chauffeured participants between the Hyatt and the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, a benefit likely paid for by ICSC but accommodated by the hotel all the same. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was better than average although there were a couple of very small places in the room that could have used more attention. Parking isn't customer friendly, just like everywhere in downtown Dallas: Pay big money for valet service and a parking garage or pay to park on an open, unsecured lot a hundred yards away. The room's HVAC system worked wonderfully, which was great because it was on the west side of the building. The bed was especially comfortable and all of the linens were spotless... Which is always good. Did not get a chance to visit the gym or swimming pool. Did not patronize the restaurant or bar but have had good experiences in both places during past visits. The bottom line: The Hyatt Regency is still a safe bet in Dallas.
