「The first time they serviced our room was on day 3… and this was after i called them and complained that they have not taken out garbage or changed towels in 3 days. They brought someone over. No cleaning or washing of the floor. Just the minimal possible service. I had booked 2 rooms, it was the same. The Remote for the TV did not work properly (in both rooms). For one of them they changed the TV, for the other one it broke later on so didn’t even ask them, but that seemed to be a common issue. I’ll never stay there again.」

「Nice clean place, big room. We got a room on the second floor and farthest from reception and there is no elevator and with the indoor swimming pool on the lower floor that meant a lot of walking and climbing stairs. Our units door was out of sorts, very difficult opening and shutting it. it is 10 minutes ride from Blue mountain village where most the action is. No restaurant of own, there is a restaurant Gustav in the building which gives a measly 10% discount after charging high prices . However no other nearby pocket friendly food options except at the blue mountain village」
