The hotel is located in Shuiwei 1368 Cultural Block, Futian District. It was renovated from 29 unified residential buildings and a 7,500-square-meter block, and named after 1368, the year when the Zhuang family migrated to Shuiwei Village. The block preserves Lingnan traditional architectural elements such as grey brick walls, stone arches and qilou (arcade houses), forming a qilou layout of "one square, four streets and six lanes". At the same time, it integrates international business formats, covering diversified businesses including Malaysian restaurants, Hong Kong-style snack shops and creative handcraft stores, presenting the feature of "one store, one scene".
