It is a transformation of the Kai Tak Community Isolation Facility, which was constructed under the Central Government’s support in 2022. Runway 1331 offers its residents a unique cultural and creative ecosystem for local, Mainland China and international young people to engage in cultural exchange, entrepreneurship and talent development.
