SSemilistnikПрекрасный отель, очень уютные номера, хоть и небольшие. Великолепный душ, все растает в номере отлично. Халат и тапочки необходимо просить отдельно, но в Испании такая практика почти везде. Не ресепшен есть приветственное шампанское и вкусняшки. Вкусный мармелад! Могу сказать, что отель отличный, мы провели там всего день, но нам все очень понравилось. Комфортные кровати с мягким матрасом, супер удобные подушки. Завтрак заслуживает отдельного внимания — в нем есть абсолютно все. Расположение отеля отличное. В общем, все прекрасно 🫶

1) チェックインすると、洗面台のシャンプーホルダーに、あごひげを刈った髪の毛が見つかりました(私は叫びながら、私のパートナーがちょうどそれを洗い流したサークルを走り回っていました)。
2) 棚やテレビに何世紀もかけて積もったほこり。
3) 2024年3月01日の時計はまだ1時間前に設定されています。午後8時40分に、私は着替えて午後9時までに会議に出かけます。後で1.20分になることが判明しました。答え:技術者は今日ホテルにいません、私たちは彼に知らせます。2024 年 3 月 4 日、出発時刻に時計が間違った時刻を示しています。
「それでは 生きていけ」と思いました
3)部屋は暑いです、それは本当に暑いです。私たちはドイツ人なので、夜に+17度で寝ていました(お金のエネルギーと健康を節約します)。また、私のパートナーは熱をまったく容認しません(また、年齢の変化がある場合、または他の何か...それは恐怖になる可能性があります).ホテルの答え:「冬です。エアコンは暖房のみに機能します」。これは、1日半「冷やす」後に明らかになります(ただし、ホテルの説明にはエアコン付きの138室があります!?)。
4) 冷却するファンを用意しました。

追記:メガネは完全に洗われていませんでした(ただのガスパチョで、油絵具や紅茶ではありません)
トイレットペーパーホルダーは、トイレに座るたびにお尻で叩き、座ると胸に横になるように配置されています。

Review:
1. Very cold room and bathroom. The room and especially the bathroom were extremely cold. When the air conditioner is turned on for heating, it blows directly onto the heads of people sleeping in the bed, making it uncomfortable and difficult to breathe.
2. Very noisy. The room faces a busy street. People were talking and making noise outside throughout the night. The sound insulation is very poor.
3. Extremely small room. The room is clearly designed for one person (this is even indicated on the hotel’s floor plan), but we were accommodated there as two guests. There is almost no space to place luggage or personal belongings. The bathroom also has no shelves at all.
4. Uncomfortable toilet placement. The toilet is positioned in such a way that it can only be used diagonally, which I consider completely unacceptable.
5. Missing desk shown in photos. The room photos showed a writing desk, but it was not actually present. We had to spend time requesting and arranging for a desk to be brought to the room, as it was necessary for work.
6. Parking information is misleading. The hotel description states that parking is available, but in reality it is about a 15-minute walk away. This is very inconvenient when traveling with luggage. We only discovered this upon arrival. This information was not communicated in advance. There is also nowhere near the hotel to stop even for 5 minutes to unload luggage. Additionally, there is no reception desk at the hotel, so it is difficult to quickly ask for assistance.

初めてのスペイン、夜に着くということもあり、空港からのバスが直結しているこちらのホテルを選びましたが、立地だけではなくお部屋もサービスもとても素晴らしかったです。
バスターミナルからどうやってレセプションに行くのかだけがわかりにくいのでこちらに書いておきます。
ホテルに向かって左側の道の中ほどにあります。
スーツケースも夕方まで預かっていただき、ビルバオをゆっくり観光することができました。ありがとうございました！

ゲゲストLa estancia fue agradable en general. Las habitaciones son bastante sencillas y el aislamiento acústico podría mejorar, ya que se escucha con claridad lo que ocurre en las habitaciones contiguas. Una de las noches, por ejemplo, llegamos a oír claramente la conversación del señor de la habitación de al lado.
En cuanto a la habitación, no destaca especialmente por nada en particular. Algo que llama la atención al entrar es el olor, que es bastante perceptible al principio, aunque uno termina acostumbrándose. Sospecho que proviene de las cortinas.
El hotel está bien ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila. Eso sí, si planeas moverte a pie, ten en cuenta que el regreso puede ser algo exigente por las cuestas. La gran ventaja de su localización es el fácil acceso desde cualquier punto sin necesidad de atravesar el centro de la ciudad, ya que está muy bien conectado con autopistas y carreteras principales.
El desayuno merece una mención especial: muy completo, con gran variedad y productos de calidad.

HHosanChoose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city.
What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage.
The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers.
We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom.
The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

ゲゲストA True Gem That Feels Like a 4-Star Hotel! My stay at the Sercotel Arenal Bilbao was flawless. The hotel is absolutely spotless, with lovely decor and beautiful views from the room. The entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to my room, was spotless. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment that immediately made me feel at ease. The reception staff provided excellent, warm service. The breakfast was perfect—not too big, not too small, but just the right selection for an amazing start to the day. The management is clearly doing a fantastic job. With this level of quality and attention to detail, this hotel truly operates like a four-star property. I can't wait to return.

ゲゲストLoved my stay at Hotel Arriaga! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of everything and super easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was super comfy.
The staff were really lovely and gave us some great tips for local pintxo bars. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious, which we appreciated.
Small note for light sleepers: ask for a room away from the street, as it can get a bit lively at night (but that's part of the charm of being in a great location!). The WiFi was also a bit spotty at times.
Overall, fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay here again for a casual city break!
Perfect for: Travelers who want a central spot without the fancy price tag.

WWalt from LAOverall good experience, good stay, good price, good sized room. Location was good. Beds were comfortable and not too small. Room was basic but we knew that going in. There was a microwave wave and fridge. It took us a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. Some issues were that it being a dorm it didn’t have things that you would find in a hotel room like a blow dryer or cups. So we could heat water in microwave but we had to buy cups to hold the water in. If we had access to a kettle or a blow dryer or mugs, even paying to rent one would have made things easier. The laundry room did not accept coins so we had to download an app to wash our chonies. I’m not sure giving some app my credit info to be able to clean my chonies was worth it.
