It’s a lovely place to stay. The receptionist is very professional and kind. The food is excellent and great. All the staff are helpful and caring. House keepers are very respectful and work with passion.

Since we arrived in Nottingham quite early, we called the staff to see if we could check in early. The staff was very accommodating and arranged a room for us to rest. The room was spacious, with a view of the campus outside, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. There was also free parking. Overall, we were very satisfied.

We’d enjoy the lovely stay at Roomzzz Nottingham. Reasonable price with clean and comfortable environments. Room sized is big compared with some traditional brand hotel.Good Wi-Fi connection. It’s so amazing on providing Free croissant and coffee/Tea for light breakfast. Very Good location. And we are so appreciative on the reception staff, PATRYK, he’s attentive, patient to us and offered a lot of help since my mother is a wheelchair elderly. Of course we can’t compare ROOMZZZ hotel with other Big-brand luxury hotel,however you will feel their warm welcomed atmosphere and satisfied on everything with the good reasonable prices. In general, my stay was fine. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and I appreciated their friendly attitude. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. There were a number of young men staying on my floor who returned around 2am and made a significant amount of noise for quite some time. Unfortunately, no staff member came to address the disturbance, which made it difficult to sleep. When I eventually began to fall back asleep, I was disturbed again by two pigeons making loud noises outside my window. In the morning, I noticed there were dead pigeons caught in the netting above my window. This was quite unpleasant to see and does not seem healthy or hygienic. Additionally, at £125 per night, I would not expect to see worn carpets. The condition of the flooring did not reflect the price being charged. Overall, while the staff were excellent, these issues did detract from an otherwise fine stay.

Superb staff, great parking. Very clean. Lovely bed. Only issue was no bathroom fan and I don't like the overhead showers as I don't like my head & hair getting drenched unless I choose to.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I really enjoyed my experience. It’s not often that you find somewhere that offers such good value for money while also being clean, comfortable and convenient, but this hotel definitely ticks those boxes. The price was one of the biggest positives for me. I believe I paid around £40 for the night, which I thought was extremely affordable considering the quality and facilities provided. For anyone looking for somewhere reasonably priced without having to compromise too much on comfort or cleanliness, I would definitely recommend considering this place. What I particularly like about the hotel is that it has more of an apartment-style feel, which makes the stay much more convenient than a standard hotel room. Having access to facilities where you can heat up food is a great bonus, especially if you arrive late or have bought something to eat and don’t want to go back out. It gives you that extra bit of flexibility and makes the room feel more practical and homely. The room and the hotel were also very spotless and well maintained, which is extremely important to me when staying somewhere. Everything felt clean and looked after, and overall I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were another highlight. We actually decided at the last minute that we wanted to extend our stay, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were able to let us extend our time, with the option to increase the stay by the hour, which was incredibly convenient. It’s these little things that make a big difference, especially when plans change unexpectedly. The staff were friendly, helpful and understanding throughout. The location is also not bad at all. You can walk into town, which is really useful if you want to explore the area without relying on transport. There is also easy access to trams, making it convenient to get around if you don’t want to walk everywhere. Another thing I liked about the location is the amount of takeaways and local shops nearby. There are plenty of places within walking distance, including options that are convenient if you arrive late at night and want to grab something to eat without travelling far. Having local shops and food options nearby makes the hotel even more convenient Overall, I was really pleased with my second stay here. For around £40 a night, I feel it offers excellent value for money, especially with the cleanliness, apartment-style facilities, helpful staff, convenient location and nearby food options. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, clean and practical place to stay.

Just needed to put my head down for the night. Reception was friendly..I arrived late at 2340..friendly night guy..room was adequate for my needs..Room 9 cold tap handle was missing, but a shsve was possible and teeth with warm water..mattress protector needs a boil wash and new carpet would freshen things. Shower was luke warm but manageable..heating was fine..tv ok..1 night fine;)
