Very nice, family run B&B old style Italian country house with good size grounds. Well stocked common kitchen, good breakfast, well sized room with full facilities. Lots of space for parking. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Altogether, a very good place to stay at whilst visiting the area around Perugia.

The hotel staff's service isn't up to par with the location and could definitely be improved. The pool had very hard loungers, no soft mattresses. Waking up early in the morning was very unpleasant due to the noise of maintenance work. There's room for improvement, given the potential of the old building and the grounds. Overall, good value for money.

この価格帯ではとても素敵なホテルです。EU の大きなホテルのすべてと同様に、5 月 1 日にはエアコンのコントロールがありませんでした。しかし、私たちは自分の扇風機を使い、バルコニーのドアを開けました...問題はありませんでした。素敵なホテルで、また必ず泊まりたいです。

ホテルは戦略的な立地にあります（フォロ・イタリコとオリンピックスタジアムに近く、私たちのように歩くのが好きな人にとっては市内中心部への徒歩圏内です）。客室は少し狭いですが、快適で清潔、そしてよく手入れされています。バスルームも清潔で、アメニティもすべて揃っています。朝食ルームはこぢんまりとしていますが、スイーツとセイボリーの品揃えは十分以上で、質の高い食材が使われています。また必ず利用したいと思います。

スタッフはとても丁寧で親切でした。街の主要観光スポットと散策ルートを案内し、地図もくれました。 ホテルは、フレスコ画の天井を持つ古い宮殿のような、とても魅力的な建物です。歴史的な家屋には、良い点だけでなく欠点もあるので、ぜひ一度は体験してみたいものです。 市内中心部に位置し、駐車場（有料）も完備し、メインの噴水広場まで徒歩わずか15分という好立地で、料金も非常にリーズナブルです。

A decent hotel but personally not worth the price. The bar was constantly closed and we had to ask the front desk just to make a coffee, even over the weekend when you think they would want to make money. Location is no man’s land with some groceries and a highway next to you VERY far from center. WiFi was ok, some issues going out and in. The pool was the highlight as we had it to ourselves for both days. Room cleaning was nice and prompt, what we would expect. Personally both days we woke up with horrible allergies likely from their poor ventilation system. Could not open windows due to a sign from hotel suggesting Beatles would get in seasonally. Not justified for the price, just ok.

ペルージャの街からかなり離れた丘陵地帯にあるこのホテルは、車でないとアクセスできません。まるでタイムスリップしたような雰囲気です。客室の備品は70年代初頭のもので、豪華なものは何もありませんが、魅力的でリラックスできる滞在ができます。部屋は広々としていますが、バスルームは狭く、改装が必要です。朝食は種類豊富でしたが、スタッフが補充してくれず、ほとんどの品が午前9時15分頃にはなくなっていました。正面のパティオは、座って美しい植木鉢を眺めるのに最適なリラックスできる空間です。スタッフは親切で、ペルージャ旧市街へのアクセスに直前で予約したホテルとしては素晴らしい選択肢でした。
