I recently stayed at Swiss Avenue Hotel Sungai Petani with my family and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located, close to many restaurants, shops, and popular attractions around Sungai Petani, making it very convenient for getting around. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Although the hotel is a bit old, it offers many good facilities. The swimming pool is large and well-maintained, and the kids’ pool is especially attractive for children. One unique feature is the large screen near the pool area, which provides entertainment for guests while they relax. Food prices within the hotel are reasonable and not overly expensive. The hotel also has a squash court and a gym, both of which are available for guests to use. Breakfast was enjoyable. There is an egg station where fresh eggs and omelettes are prepared, and the omelettes were especially delicious. While the breakfast spread is not very extensive, the food quality and taste are good. For families, the breakfast add-on for children aged 5–12 years is reasonably priced at RM18. Overall, we had a good stay and were satisfied with the service and facilities provided. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Sungai Petani.

I appreciate the idea of having two separate partitions for the toilet and shower for hygiene purposes. However, the current layout is impractical. Key issues: 1. Toilet area: Too small, no lock, and not suitable for larger individuals. 2. Shower area: Water is not hot. 3. Shared sliding door: Since the door is shared, the toilet cannot be used while someone is showering, and vice versa. 4. Storage: No space to place clothes or personal items. Please kindly improvise this. Overall the room was good, clean and beds were comfortable. The aircond worked well.

Perfect hotel for the budget! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the location was convenient for getting around. It offers great value for money with all the basic amenities you need. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and pleasant place to stay.

I stayed at K Garden Hotel for 1night and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel is quite old, so don’t expect anything fancy but for the price, it’s definitely worth it. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, and the basic facilities worked fine. The location is convenient, close to local food and amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I forgot to take any photos during my stay (too busy enjoying myself, hehe), so I’m using one from Google but it does look the same in person! If you’re on a budget and just need a simple place to rest, this hotel gets the job done. Would consider staying again for a quick trip.

Apple Inn is a practical, utilitarian choice if you just need a cheap, clean bed for the night while passing through Sungai Petani. It’s best suited for solo travelers or those who plan to spend their time out and about rather than in the hotel room.

I am truly satisfied with my stay in urban inn SP saujana. Location is strategic if you plan to commute to hospital & is less traffic as compared to opposite route. The hotel is nice. Receptionist is friendly & helpful. I found that the initial room was too small as I will be staying for 1 month & the receptionist (Indian lady) was very helpful & found another room for me (deluxe queen if I’m not mistaken). Room was spacious enough. Took some time to cool down the room as it has 3 big windows but I am ok with it. Few small tomyam shops around & mr diy, speedmart. So it’s convenient to find things. Once in a while you can enjoy at amanjaya mall.Definitely will recommend this room for my friends. Thank you 😁
