Stylish, family-friendly stay in a great location!
Had a really pleasant experience here. The overall design is modern, clean, and very calming — especially loved the soft neutral tones and aesthetic interior. The space feels well-maintained and thoughtfully curated.
One standout feature is the in-room kids’ play area, which is such a thoughtful touch for families. It’s clean, safe, and beautifully designed — perfect for keeping little ones entertained while parents can relax.
The location is also a big plus — situated in Chinatown, it’s very convenient with easy access to food, shops, and attractions.
The common areas are spacious, bright, and comfortable, and I also appreciated the small local touches like the handmade items on display, which add a unique charm to the stay.
Overall, a cozy, stylish, and family-friendly place. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend! 😊

Iifaaminuddinとてもフレンドリーなスタッフ、清潔な部屋、清潔で広々としたプール。 3種類のプールがあるので子供から大人まで楽しめます。女性専用プールもあるので、プールに入りたい女性にも最適です。私たちの家族をよく扱ってくれて、ロビーのプールに落ちたボトルを拾ってくれたムハイミンと他のスタッフのライアに感謝します 🤣 物を拾ってくれてありがとう。るるうぇー。ここに滞在するのは2回目なので、何度も繰り返します（笑）

ゲゲストWhen we checked into the hotel, the front desk informed us that there would be renovation works in the hotel, and there might be noise from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They asked whether we would like to move to the neighboring Ming Paragon Hotel instead, and I agreed to change.
Both hotels share the same parking area. When booking the hotel, it was stated that parking was free. However, in reality, there is a charge of RM2.20 per day, which is actually acceptable. The problem is that every time we exit the parking area, we must inform the front desk staff.
This morning, I left early and there was no staff at the front desk. A phone number was left, but when I called it, the phone was switched off! With no other choice, I had to leave, and I was charged RM8.00 for parking.
When I returned to the hotel and explained the situation to the front desk staff, he told me that this was the parking operator’s charge and that the money could not be refunded!?
I am extremely angry!

Bedroom is small around 25meter. Toilet is ok and can be better in cleaning. Parking is behind the hotel. The drawbridge is visible from the window. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. The price of this room is affordable too.

DDarth.Stayed for one night. Location is convenient, close to town and food places. Room is very basic and a bit old. Cleanliness can be improved, especially the bathroom. Air-conditioner was noisy and facilities are limited. Staff was okay. Suitable only for a short stay if you just need a place to sleep.

LLost Travellerキング/クイーンベッドをリクエストしましたが、シングルベッド2台が用意されました。部屋はまあまあです。ただ、部屋の入り口付近のハウスキーピング用品がきちんとカバーされておらず、とても不快でした。ホテルはカバーを付けるなど改善すべきでしょう。全体的には問題ありません。

AAyeen NurmanThe room and overall environment were beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable. However, during my stay, I experienced several issues with the water supply in the bathroom. The problem happened multiple times, and I had to contact the maintenance staff more than five times. There were even some misunderstandings and discussions regarding fixing the issue and changing rooms.
Thankfully, the staff managed the situation professionally in the end and provided complimentary breakfast as compensation, which I truly appreciated. Despite the inconvenience, I still enjoyed my stay because the hotel itself is truly beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely come back again in the future, hoping for an even better experience next time!

DDxnxxlI recently stayed at Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu for 2D1N during Hari Raya and booked 2 Deluxe Rooms. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, especially during the festive season.
The check-in process was smooth despite the busy Raya period. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the arrival experience easy and stress-free. Both rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the layout was practical, suitable for resting after a long day of visiting family and open houses.
One of the main advantages of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently located in Kuala Terengganu, making it easy to travel around for Raya visits and explore nearby areas. Parking was also manageable during our stay.
Although the hotel is not luxurious, it offers good value for money and meets expectations for a short stay. The overall environment was quiet and suitable for relaxation after a busy day.
In summary, Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu is a solid choice if you are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially during festive periods like Hari Raya. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

ゲゲストI think it used to be the premier hotel. Large area at reception together with Bayu restaurant.Location is at Batu Buruk beach which is a plus factor and around the city area. Improvement in front of the beach area is still under construction I think. Looking forward to seeing the end product of that part. The left area facing the beach needs total makeup. The overgrown plant should be cleared.A pool section for children is a very good idea together with the water pail hanging up.
