MMose6うわー、このホテルは本当に素晴らしいです!私は数日間滞在し、5つ星のサービスとトリートメントを本当に感じました。まず第一に、ホテルの環境はとても良く、部屋は広として明るく、ベッドは快適で、とても快適な睡眠環境を与えてくれました。 1サービス態度はとても良いです!レセプションからルームサービスまで、すべてのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで熱心で、家にいるような気分にさせてくれます。 2設備は整っており、朝食もとても豊富で美味しいです。さまざまな味の選択肢があり、毎日楽しく食べて満足できます。3便利な交通機関、市内中心部やアトラクションに非常に近く、旅行に非常に便利です。全体的に、このホテルは私が今まで泊まった中で最高のホテルの1つです。 😄👍

AAnya265-dayホテルに滞在する間に、床は一度も掃除されていないと思います。ベッドシーツも変更されていません。ハウスキーピングスタッフは5日間バスルームの床に同じタオルを再利用していましたが、旅行の終わりには本当に汚れていました。 もう1つの大きな問題は騒音です。私たちの部屋は3階にあり、窓は下のカフェに面していて、午前2時まで音楽を吹き続けました。 ディナービュッフェは、何らかの理由で、飲み物のオプションとして純水しかありませんでした。少なくともソフトドリンクやジュースを提供することは、マリオットホテルチェーンの一部である4つ星ホテルにとってそれほど高価ではないと思います。特に1人あたり11 OMRの価格で。 プラスの点では、ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で親切で、すべてのリクエストをタイムリーに完了しました。インテリアデザインもとても楽しいことがわかりました。部屋の遮光カーテンは、朝の明るい太陽を遮るのに優れた仕事をしました。プールも本当に良いです。

FFarah Binti RamliI had such a lovely stay at Sheraton Oman. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. One of my favorite things in the room was the coffee machine. I used it every day for my coffee break and absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was amazing, with so many options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. It was the perfect start to each day. The pool really stood out too - spacious, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. It was such a relaxing spot to unwind. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

Ddm_s近くの静かな部屋を希望し、ツインルームとダブルルームを1室ずつ予約しました。チェックイン時に受付の女性から6階のツインルームと3階のダブルルームに案内されました。ツインルームは家電製品の音がかなり響いたので、苦情を言ったら通りの向かいの部屋に移動されました。中に入るとダブルルームでした…明らかに近くにツインルームとダブルルームがあったのに、なぜ最初から案内してくれなかったのかわかりません。🙄3階の部屋は最初はとても静かでしたが、なんと翌朝6時に向かい側で工事が始まりました。ホテルは満室ではなかったようですが、なぜ工事現場近くの部屋しか案内されなかったのかわかりません。😤ランドリールームがあることは確認しましたが、探した後、ようやく5階に洗濯機が2台あるのを見つけましたが、汚れていたので使う勇気がありませんでした。 朝食の種類は少なく、中国の格安ホテルくらいで、インド料理が中心でした。 他のスタッフもとても親切でした。部屋には大きな浄水ボトルが置いてありましたが、私たちは飲みたくなかったので、スタッフが飲料水を何本も快く提供してくれたので、本当に助かりました。部屋には電子レンジと食器もいくつかありました。 1泊としては十分で、特に問題はありませんでしたが、寝具はとても快適でした。

ゲゲストУдобное расположение рядом с аэропортом. Номера большие, очень чистые, все новое. Кровать удобная, постельное белье и полотенца свежайшие. Завтрак не брали, про него не знаем так как рядом Макдональдс :)

PPHILLIP JAMESThis hotel is strategically located close to the Avenues Mall. Attached to this mall (and closest entrance to the hotel) is Lulu Hypermarket -an amazing supermarket with local and international brands, and a fantastic bakery. This mall is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. However, you do have walk along the road as the sidewalk / footpath does not exist. But this is only for 300 metres. In fact you can get off the street, but it is gravel/ construction site, so you shoes will be messy. Uber and Grab do not exist in Oman. However, the hotel has two or three taxi drivers that will you take you anywhere. They use set rates, rather than a meter. For example Hotel to Airport run is 8 is Omani Rial (US $20). While this hotel is great for shopping, it is not the best for major attractions of Muscat. The main historical sites of Alam Palace, Ai Mirania Fort and National Museum is 21 kms from the hotel. About 10 Omani Rial is each way by taxi. However, there are very few hotels in this area, so most people stay in hotels near Malls in Oman. This is some form of Public Transport in Muscat, but it can be hard for tourists to use without changing to another bus or long walks. For example, the Royal Opera House is 10 kms from hotel. By using public transport this would require a 2.5 kms walk. The hotel rooms are quite spacious and feature comfortable lounge style chairs. The hotel is located near an expressway /motorway, but good soundproofing means this is not an issue. I was of level 3 and could just see the ocean in the distance (right) and the mall (to left). They do have ocean view room (more expensive higher up the building). The TV is very disappointing - small & old with fuzzy channels. Fortunately, the internet is great, so viewing most programs on the computer. The rooftop has great swimming pool and bar, but maybe a little too cold to swim with highs of about 22-23 C in winter. Staff at receptionist are very obliging. I can definitely recommend this hotel for shopping and good base to experience Muscat. However, as mentioned, it is long way from the major tourists attraction of the city and taxi is required.

NNataliia P.Это мой второй визит в Маскат и выбор отеля был сделан под впечатлением от бассейна, длиной более 100м. Бассейн действительно шикарный! Поскольку август низкий сезон, гостей в отеле немного и вы можете плавать в бассейне в одиночестве, как будто это ваш личный бассейн! На самом деле, бассейна целых 3. Так что можно выбрать подходящий по своему вкусу. Возможно, плавание в Оманском заливе не произвело на меня особого впечатления. Скажем так, бывает море и получше. Но, с другой стороны, желающих плавать в море всегда такой небольшой процент отдыхающих, что большинству достаточно просто зайти, попрыгать в волнах и выйти. С точки зрения наслаждения от пребывания на пляже, здесь опыт 100% положительный. Сервис на пляже превосходный! Постоянно приносят воду со льдом с добавлением лимона и мяты, предлагают освежающие салфетки, угощают фруктами. Отель выполнен в традиционном арабском стиле и полностью соответствует представлениям о роскошном отдыхе. Тёмная палитра в интерьерах подчёркивает архитектуру и придаёт ощущение изысканности. Для гостей, которые бронируют виллы, предлагается банная линия Amouage. В номерах попроще - Асqua di Parma, что тоже неплохо! Что касается еды, то как по мне, - она обыкновенная, без затей. Я получила несомненное эстетическое удовольствие от пребывания в этом прекрасном месте, но никаких гастрономических впечатлений отель на меня не произвёл. При этом к сервису нареканий нет никаких. Все с кем я имела дело - сотрудники ресепшен, служащие на пляже, официанты исключительно приветливы и отзывчивы!

UUmer NallaBooked this for our 1st time visit to Oman and we stayed here for 12 days. If you are only staying 2-3 days this hotel may be ok - but for longer stays I would not recommend. Positives: Great location if you like genuine Asian food - excellent cheap and mid-price restaurants within a few minutes walking distance - Indian Vegetarian and non-veg restaurants too. Mosque within walking distance Friendly helpful cleaning staff - most of them try their best to make your stay comfortable. Very big room sizes Good Wifi Comfortable beds. Free water bottles on request Fairly easy to get OTaxi within 2-3 minutes each time. Negatives: Mould in the bathroom, water leaks out of the shower onto the main bathroom floor - making a slip hazard No caddy in the shower to hold your soap or shampoo etc, so you have to keep bending down to the floor to get or put your shampoo bottle. Shower pressure was very very low - so no refreshing shower after a long day out. It was enough to wash your body but takes several minutes (water was hot OK). Some of the sockets in the room do not work - so you have to keep unplugging things to use something else. When we asked for an iron, the gave us a barely functional one with steam controls missing and no heat level markings so you are scared to use it in case you get a shock and/or burn your clothes. The 1st ironing board we were given belonged in the bin - I am not exaggerating - the cover to the board was ripped in multiple places, and bits of metal were sticking out - guaranteed to rip your clothes when ironing. The 2nd ironing board was new but the cover did not stay in place - so you spent twice as long constantly re-adjusting the cover than ironing your clothes. The hairdryer had a difference plug than the sockets in the room - luckily I had my own converter. The access card for our room door kept resetting every single day for the 1st 6 days. Every evening we come back, go up to our room and the card does not work - so we have to go back down again to get the card programmed. One on evening, I had to go up and down the lift 4 times - yes 4 times - because the lady on reception seemed to hear the number 3 when I say 2 - I don't know how to confuse room xx2 for xx3 - English is my 1st language and I speak at conferences, and with English speaking colleagues and clients around the word every working day. Even though, the first two times I went down the card actually had a sticker with the room number on it - but she still managed to program the wrong room number twice. On the 3 visit, she gave me a new card - but still programmed the wrong room number. On the 4th visit she finally said 'ah you mean xx2 not xx3' - and then she laughed and shared a private joke with her colleague. I got the feeling she was bored of the job and liked to play games with the hotel guests to cheer herself up. Eventually after 6 days of this, I complained to a male member of staff on the desk and he programmed the card once and it worked fine for the remaining days. The small fridge freezer remained on 24x7 - even on the lowest setting - so you heard the constant buzzing sound all day and night. It even froze and ruined some of our fruit which was in the fridge section and not in the freezer section. The batteries in the safety deposit box had corroded and you could not operate or program it. They gave us some keys for the safe, but they did not work properly - so we were scared to lock anything in the safe - in case you could not unlock it again - funny hah! The shampoo and shower gel bottles were called something like Eco wash - but they were almost always only half full - so you had to use a single bottle of each every time you showered - so we probably used at least 45-50 bottles between us during our stay - what a waste of plastic.
