ゲゲストWe stayed here at the end of September. At night the temperature outside was around 10°C, and the room was extremely cold. There was no heating at all – not even radiators, which is very strange for a four-star hotel.
The only option was the air conditioner blowing warm air, but it was directed straight at the bed, which was very uncomfortable, so we had to turn it off. As a result, the room simply could not be heated.
In the bathroom there was a small infrared heater, but it was almost useless and didn’t really warm the space. Taking a shower and stepping out into such cold air was very unpleasant.
Luckily, we stayed only one night, but we were freezing the whole time. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this category.

ゲゲストしばらくオドツに立ち寄ったのですが、素敵なホテルでした。そのすぐ上には、廃工場の複合施設であるマヌファクチュラと博物館があり、南東への道を下って行くのもいいですね。

ゲゲストI would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them.
I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!

匿匿名ユーザー一人で一泊でしたがお部屋も広くバスルームもしっかりしてて過ごしやすかったです。
チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもして頂けました。
またチェックアウト後でしたがちょっとした個人のトラブルの相談も乗っていただき助かりました。フロントの方の対応が良かったです。
ただ、フロントに行くまで階段しかなくエレベーターがなかったので大きいキャリーを持ってた女子一人では大変だったので入り口に行くまでのエレベーターがなかったのが少し残念でしてがそれ以外は満足です。
