ロケーションは最高。新しくて清潔、全く問題ない。ここまで揃うと部屋に電気ポットがないのが残念だった。ハウスキーパーの人達が、いつも笑顔で完璧な仕事で、ありがたかった。

A comfortable stay in a Great location in middle of the city surat Thani ! The hotel is newly refurbished with comfortable bed and amenities. It’s closed to the riverside and night market with lots of delicious food! I stayed there for 1 night before going to Koh samui and would definitely go back again next time.

ベッドとアメニティは大変良かったです。街の中心部にあるので、ホテルは簡単に見つかりました。レストランのスタッフはとても可愛くて親切でした。ただ、夜間受付の男性は全く笑顔を見せてくれませんでした。最初の案内がきちんと確認されておらず（朝食を食べる機会がほとんどありませんでした）、他に2部屋は汚れていました。1部屋にはゴキブリがいて、もう1部屋には髪の毛がありました。

このホテルは、一晩だけ過ごしてルートに沿ってさらに進むのに適しています。実際、ホテルは時代遅れに見えます。私の部屋402には、壁や家具に古い乾いた水しぶきがいくつかあり、あまり良く見えませんでした。シャワールームはとても小さかったが、このホテルは1泊あたりの価格にマッチし、1階のビュッフェで無料のコーヒーを飲むことができる

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and nice location.

We only stayed a night but it was a great nights stay, it’s a cute little place, we had the room on the pond which was lovely to wake up to and have our coffee

支払った金額に見合ったサービスでした。古いホテルでしたが、清潔でした。残念ながら、小さな石鹸、トイレットペーパー、タオルしかなく、シャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェルはありませんでした。さらに、扇風機付きの部屋にはお湯が出なかったのが意外でした。加えて、ちゃんとした毛布はなく、小さなタオルしかなかったので、夜は寒さに苦しみました。また、部屋にはメインホールに通じる大きな開口部があり、フェンスのようなもので覆われていたため、外が見え、通行人の音も聞こえました。トイレも同様で、壁が天井まで届いていないため、部屋の中の音がすべて聞こえました。

二日前に泊まりに来た時は部屋にお水を置いていたのに今回は置いてくれてなかったみたいですね～。細かなことですが2日前に泊まりに来た客に一言あってもバチは当たらないと思います。市場で買ってきたフルーツを切る為にナイフ貸して欲しかったけどやっぱりそういうサービスはしてなかったです。キッチンに聞きに行ってみてとフロントの方に言われるまま聞きに行っても駄目みたいでした。ちょっとだけガッカリ。
