**2 番目の滞在: ハジャイの宝石** ハジャイのこのブティックホテルに戻ってきましたが、またしてもとても快適な滞在であることがわかりました。並外れた価値、親切なスタッフ、最高のロケーション、そして静かな雰囲気が際立っています。新しい客室と居心地の良いプールがその魅力をさらに高めています。洗練されたお手頃価格の隠れ家、強くお勧めします。 唯一の欠点は、部屋間の防音対策が不十分であることです。眠りが浅い方はご注意ください。

私と家族はこのホテルでの滞在に満足しています。イスラム教のコンセプトを取り入れたホテルなので、家族連れでの滞在に最適です。一番良かったのは、プールが女性専用で、男性と混ざっていないことです。とても便利でした。

素晴らしいホテルのオーナー、経営陣、そしてスタッフは、最近の洪水危機において本当に素晴らしい働きをしてくれました。 洪水で立ち往生し、体重は減りましたが、フロートのおかげで多くの経験を得ることができました。個人的には、経営陣の素晴らしいパフォーマンスが特に印象に残りました。特に、笑顔でサービスし、サポートするために尽力してくれたICEさんの対応は特筆に値します。彼女のきめ細やかな対応と個人的なタッチは心に響きました。彼女は度重なる過度の要求に泣き崩れましたが、笑顔で戻ってきました。オーナーのオム・アクソさんも、危機的状況下において、人々の福祉にどれほど思いやりがあり、十分な食料と水の供給を確保してくれたか、特筆に値します。私の車はランタンホテルに完全に浸水したまま立ち往生していますが、ランタンホテルに心から感謝しています。

このホテルに泊まるのはすべてが良いです。基本的にお金の価値があります。強くお勧めします。

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

最近このホテルに宿泊しましたが、全体的には、いくつか欠点はあるものの、快適な滞在でした。ベッドは格別に快適で、部屋は広々としており、動き回るのに十分なスペースがありました。人里離れた場所にあるため、静かな雰囲気があり、静けさを求める人には理想的です。 ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、どんな質問やリクエストにもいつでも対応してくれます。さらに、朝食も素晴らしく、一日の始まりにぴったりのおいしい料理がいろいろ用意されています。 しかし、全体的な体験を損なう騒音の問題がいくつかありました。夜中ずっと、部屋は機械の騒音でいっぱいで、眠りが浅い人には邪魔になるかもしれません。さらに、他の部屋で水が流れる音が目立ち、少し迷惑でした。 ジムは素晴らしいし、プールも最高でした。 騒音の問題はありましたが、ベッドの快適さ、部屋の広さ、人里離れた場所、フレンドリーなスタッフ、おいしい朝食には満足しました。防音対策をもう少し改善すれば、ホテルはゲストにさらに楽しい滞在を提供できるでしょう。

部屋はとても清潔で、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、年配の女性のボスはとても親切で優しく(タイ時間の13:00)、部屋にチェックインさせてくれました。ただ、水が遅いのでシャンプーを持参する必要があります。

とても広い部屋。清潔で駅に近い。コトゥの中心部に近い便利なロケーション。
