設備: 部屋は広くて清潔です。ホテルはかなり新しいです。3泊しましたが、ホテルで黒人を見かけませんでした。 衛生: 部屋はメキシコ人が掃除してくれました。彼らはとても素朴な人です。 サービス: 朝食は種類は少ないですが、おいしいです。毎日少しずつ変わります。 ホテルは市内中心部にあります。ホテルの裏には食事ができるレストランがたくさんあるメインストリートがあります。

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was clean, attractively decorated, cute commissary, great bars. We did not try the restaurant but it appeared lovely. The reason I did not give a high rating to the facility was the room lighting was terrible. There were small bedside lights and a small lamp up high on a shelf. When it was dark outside the room was barely illuminated with all lights on! And the bathroom lights were also very dim—even with the shower light on. Fortunately there was a lighted magnified mirror so I could apply makeup!

I booked this hotel last minute and arrived around 9 PM at night. The front desk staff was friendly and checked me in quickly and gave me my hotel key directed me to the elevators and where I could park my vehicle. The room was standard. nothing special the bed was comfortable, and I did like the fact that there were USB ports on each side of the bed as well as at the desk. I do wish they had had toothbrush and toothpaste for guests in the room because I had forgotten mine. It would’ve all been nice if they had had a complementary comb for guest to use overall eight out of 10

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered stunning river views that made waking up each morning a delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Louisville. It’s not just a place to stay—it's an experience you won’t want to miss! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

私たちは素晴らしい滞在ができました。レストランやバー、すぐ後ろの野球場まで歩いて行ける絶好のロケーション。ホットタブは暑く、プールは素晴らしかった。コウモリを見るために最前列に最後の分チケットを入手しました。トップ ヒント、午後 5 時以降の路上駐車は午前 10 時まで無料で、スタジアムの向かいに 1 日中 10 ドルの駐車場があります。ホテルの駐車場はリーズナブルですが、予算がかかりました!

Hotel is nice, bed is comfy and the location is spot on for accessing the majority of Louisville. It is a great spot for those visiting for leisure which also comes with its flaws, once people finish partying it was quite loud at 0200 from both guests and those outside in the streets. You can hear everything from next door and in the corridors. Breakfast is good, bar staff were attentive and overall a pleasant visit.

It took forever to get my reservations after I already arrived. The room had no hot water. The room was next to the front office and they were yelling and screaming all night long at 12 o’clock at night. I had to beat on the wall to get him to be quiet and it still didn’t workwasn’t very happy at all. The shower knob came off in my hand was planning on spending two nights there’s no way I would’ve spent another night there.
