I booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!

部屋はカップルには十分な広さで、標準的なアメリカのキングサイズのベッドと柔らかいマットレスがありました。バスルームとキッチンがありました。バスルームにはバスタオル、ハンドタオル、小さなハンドタオル、ボディーソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ヘアドライヤー（あまりうまく機能せず、電力もほとんどありませんでした）が用意されていました。スリッパはありませんでした。キッチンには冷蔵庫（製氷機付き）、電子レンジ、IHクッキングヒーター、食器、食器洗い機（粉末タイプ）、布巾、食器用洗剤（とてもよく機能しました👍）がありました。コーヒーメーカー、コーヒー、クリーマー、紅茶もありました。特に朝食はありがたかったです。パンの種類が豊富で、ハンバーガー、自家製ワッフル🧇、スプレッドの種類も豊富で、ミルクの種類も豊富、ジュース、ゆで卵、スクランブルエッグ、目玉焼き、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、コーヒー、紅茶、ポークパティとターキーパティ、小さなケーキ、リンゴ、バナナなどがありました。 29日間滞在し、素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。

It was our first time visiting Baltimore as a family, and thanks to this hotel, we left with only great memories. The hotel was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Right outside the hotel, we could ride bikes along the river and take morning walks—it was the perfect spot to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baltimore!

部屋はとてもよかったです。チェックイン時に駐車場について尋ねたところ、角を曲がってホテルに直結している駐車場に停められると言われました。料金は一泊 29 ドルでした。ホテルを出て駐車場から出ようとしたら、69 ドルでした。私はこの問題について尋ねるために車で周りましたが、フロントの女性は何も知りませんでした。彼女は私のメールアドレスを書き留め、マネージャーが到着したら連絡すると言いました。24 時間経ってもマネージャーから連絡がありません。明らかに私はこのホテルにとってあまり重要ではないので、二度とここには泊まりません。チェックイン時に嘘をつかれ、その後私の苦情には一切応じませんでした。一泊 69 ドルの駐車料金を請求されると知っていたら、別のホテルを予約していたでしょう。どこか他のところに泊まりましょう。

We were in town for a concert and we waited 4 hours to get our room before the concert and ended up getting ready in the hallways. We waiting in a long line 3 times because the desk kept telling us to check back later and to keep an eye on our phones for a text message for when our room was ready. We never received that text message. Unfortunately I think the situation at hand and the way it was handled was the issue other than that the hotel itself was fine. The desk had no information as to why the room was taking so long or when it would be ready. And when we asked they were rude about it and said that we were 1 of 500 guests trying to check in so we would just have to wait.

4日間滞在しましたが、1日だけ部屋を掃除し、アメニティを一度だけ交換しました。ホテルの方針はそうだ、2日に1回だけ部屋を掃除し、水や歯磨き粉、歯ブラシなどはありません。特に3人が予約しましたが、部屋には2人のアメニティしかありませんでした。部屋にはボトル入り飲料水がなく、毎回カウンターにリクエストする必要があります。 駐車場は有料駐車場に駐車する必要がありますが、目の前の公共駐車場に夕方に車を入れて朝に出てきましたが、70ドルが出ました。腹よりも腹が大きくて負担になりました

Air conditioning in the room was awful, barely worked at all. Food at the hotel restaurant wasn’t great, especially for the price. Only real good thing about this place is the location, close to Camden yards and M&T bank stadium.

Was looking for a hotel close to comedy show and low and behold it was in the same hotel. So it worked out great for us after checking in went to dinner came back relaxed for 45 min. Then went down stairs to comedy factory. We had free coupons for breakfast but we decided to venture out on our way back to Richmond. Overall nice place to stay found out they also shuttle for cruises out of this hotel too.
