オーナーの家を改造したホームステイ。オーナーとその家族はとても熱心です。女将は毎日個人的に朝食を作り、夜に食べ物を注文することもできます。美味しいです!景勝地のサービスセンターまで徒歩5分の小さな道があります。とても便利です。自動運転の場合は、事前に上司に電話して連絡することができます。上司がホテルのドアまで車を運転するのを手伝ってくれます(入る道は少し狭いです、初心者の運転手はまだ正直に上司に連絡します)

Superb hotel! I’ve travelled extensively throughout China and across Asia, and the customer service here is genuinely exceptional. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. A special mention goes to the two kind women at the front desk who worked tirelessly to help me secure a last-minute Huangguoshu night tour. Their patience, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out and made my trip even more memorable. This is the definition of going above and beyond. I also really appreciated the atmosphere in the hotel lobby, and the women dressed in traditional Miao attire added a beautiful cultural touch that made the experience feel even more special. My room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The bedding was excellent, but the pillows deserve their own paragraph. Honestly, the pillows were fantastic. The hotel even has an entire pillow selection display in the lobby where guests can choose the type they prefer. It’s such a thoughtful detail, and something you rarely find, even in most 5-star hotels. The air conditioning was quiet yet powerful, cooling the room perfectly to my preferred temperature. The bathroom featured a high-end Toto smart toilet, strong water pressure in the shower, and plenty of hot water. Best of all, the rooms were impressively quiet, allowing for an incredibly restful night’s sleep. The location is excellent as well. Surrounded by plenty of food options and only a couple of minutes by Didi from the Huangguoshu ticketing office. The value for money here is incredible. Having travelled extensively across Asia, I can confidently say this is one of those rare finds where the quality far exceeds the price. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of five – one grandma, 80+years old, two adults and two teenagers, had a wonderful time at Huangguoshu (Yellow Fruit Tree) in Guizhou. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the largest waterfall in Asia, which is 67 meters high and 83.3 meters wide. The whole Huangguoshu scenic area comprised of 18 waterfalls, making it the world’s largest waterfall cluster. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast fried noodle was our favourite. After the daily adventurous outing to the national park, we enjoyed the nice shower and were able to sleep soundly at night, the room is clean and new, outside environment was peacefully quiet. On the day of departure, our self-pre-arranged transporter changed the vehicle from a 6-seater SUV to a 21 seater bus, which we rejected. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped to call up his transport contacts and was able to arrange a comfortable 6-seater vehicle to get us to Anshun Railway Station. The staff at the hotel are all local people, so they know the place and the people well. This boutique hotel is highly recommended. Our family of five bring back with us wonderful memories of our stay here. Here is something we liked about the room And facilities : - T.V. : Projection TV for family room, unique experience - Bath: strong water pressure, give good shower - Toilet: sensor self-flushing - Towels: single use bath towels and facial sheets, replenishable - washing machine: first time I stayed in the hotel provide in-room washing machine!! We were originally choosing between this hotel and another hotel just around the corner. Upon arrival we checked the other hotel first but we didn't like it at all. So we walked to this hotel which was on a totally different level in all aspects. We were impressed by the new and stylish interior and, most importantly, we were greeted in the most hospitable way and offered a big room of a higher category than the basic room that we actually booked. The bellman walked with us to the first hotel and helped us bring our mutilple suitcases to their hotel. There were few guests in the hotel so we had a very relaxing stay in our comfortable room. The front desk staff also helped arrange a car to the train station at a much lower price than we had paid when we arrived from the station on our check-in day. We highly recommend this hotel when you visit Huangguoshu Waterfalls. The hotel provides a complimentary transfer to the entrance of the scenic area where you can actually walk on foot as it's only 5 minutes on foot from the hotel.

酒店位置優越，和景區一牆之隔，後門出去就是大巴車站，玩累了，直接回酒店。有單獨的院子，停車方便。服務怎麼説呢，沒感覺到啥服務。因為怕在景區玩時間太久耽誤退房，辦理入住時問了前台能不能延遲退房。前台回答，可以把行李收拾好放房間，如果回不來她們給拿到前台。難道你們房間難道緊張，都滿房了嗎，現在也不是旺季吧。回答她沒權限，留下電話請示一下。後來接到電話居然和我説可以延遲退房，要給酒店好評。我真無語，第一次遇到，別的華住會都是主動給延遲的。其實第二天我們11點就退房了。還有一點，新酒店還是有味道的，可能是我鼻炎嚴重吧。

本館は営業中ですが、両棟はまだ改装中です。客室は標準的なもので、フォーポイントのいつものスタイルを踏襲しています。ドアマンからフロント、レストランのスタッフからハウスキーパーまで、サービスは素晴らしく、大きな魅力です。ホテルからわずか30メートルのところに五里巴駐車場（P10）があります。シャトルバスは午前7時から午後8時まで運行しており、黄果樹ビジターセンターへのアクセスも便利です。黄果樹の入場券を購入すれば、ホテルから各観光スポットの入口まで徒歩50メートル以内です。エンジニアリング部門に伝えた唯一の問題は、洗面台と鏡の壁の間のシリコンパッキンが欠けているため、水漏れが発生しやすく、発見が難しいことです。ホテルには既に調査と対策を依頼しました。総合的に見て、ホテルの評価は4.8です！

This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in China. It is newly opened just last year and the amenities and facilities are so modern and clean. It is relatively cheap at less than S$35/- per night and I booked it via Trip.com. Breakfast is provided. Although it is not the continental buffet, the noodles, eggs, buns, soya bean, sweet potatoes, vegetables, etc are equally nutritious and stomach filling. There is a washing machine and dryer near the lobby and the counter staff, Yang De Rong was so helpful and considerate that she hang up the laundry for us after the drying in order not to disturb our sleep. One of the staff even drove us to the entrance of Huangguoshu Waterfall even though it is only a short 10 mins walk to the attraction. During our departure, the boss of the hotel personally drove us to the coach station so that we could take the public bus to the high speed train station. The service is marvellous and I strongly recommend this hotel to visitors to Huangguoshu Waterfall. I will stay here again if I come again.

屯埔に入るとすぐに、遠くない民宿に到着しました。 B&Bの場所から屯埔を訪れるのにとても便利です。部屋は清潔で整頓されており、装飾も興味深いものでした。社長もとても温かくてフレンドリーな方です。機会があればもっと長く滞在したいと思っています。 屯宝自体は山の中腹にあります。砦に入るにはいくつかの階段を登る必要があります。 ２０歩か３０歩のように見えました。あまり多くの荷物を持ち込まないようにしてください。

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.
