「ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、近くの観光スポットや施設へのアクセスが便利でした。ただ、防音性が改善されると良いですね。滞在中、外の騒音が少し気になりました。良い点としては、部屋は清潔で手入れが行き届いており、費用対効果は高いと感じました。全体的に、手頃な価格と清潔さを考えると良い選択肢ですが、音に敏感な方はこの点を考慮した方が良いかもしれません。」

「Stayed in this hotel twice for birthdays. It was great. We loved the hotel! The only thing we noticed is the internet in one of the rooms we stayed in was patchy. But it did not ruin our stay. The staffs are so accomodating. They prioritized our comfort. 🫶🏻」

「全体的にとても快適な滞在でした。ただ、初日の夜はあまり良くありませんでした。3階の部屋に通されたのですが、翌朝アリが数匹いたため、部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、6階の部屋に移動させてもらい、そちらははるかに快適でした。ハウスキーピングは食器をすべて洗ってくれたので良かったのですが、ハンドタオルは用意されておらず、バスジェルとシャンプーの小袋、そして小さな安っぽいホテルの石鹸しか置いてありませんでした。石鹸は使いませんでした。また、お湯は終始ぬるま湯で、部屋を変えた後もゴミ箱が2つもなかったのは不思議でした。ゴミ袋がないとかなり不衛生に感じたので、お願いしなければなりませんでした。これらの小さな問題が改善されれば、ほぼ完璧な滞在になったでしょう。ジムは最高でした。 もう一つ、チェックインの際に少し面倒でした。部屋にある小さなもの、例えば壁やテーブルに飾ってある8つの額縁と2つの装飾品、椅子やテーブルなど、部屋にあるあらゆるものを破損したり紛失したりしないという誓約書に署名させられたからです。だから、書類に署名する前に、すべての項目が揃っているか自分で確認しなければならなかった。」

「I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.」

「The facilities were ok for the price and the caretaker was friendly. It was comfortable for us and maybe we can stay here again should the occasion arise.」
