JJamesThe hotel room was recently renovated, and the size was quite comfortable for a family with a child. Breakfast was included in the price, making it a great value. The only downside was that my room faced the street, so it wasn’t as quiet as I had hoped, even though the front desk mentioned that the street is usually quiet at night.

ゲゲストGood facilities, room was a bit off a walk away from the lobby. Not the greatest view from the room but the room was clean, bed was comfy and quiet. The pool was well maintained and had a unique arcade room. Unfortunately it ate my quarters…

ゲゲストHotel was quiet considering how close it was to the highway. There is nothing walkable to. Hotel has 1 restaurant but that's about it. We drove to a town about 15 mins away to have dinner. Room was adequate.. bed was fairly comfy, room appeared clean. Fridge was on way too low to be useable. Breakfast was typical.. some hot foods, fruit, juices, bagels, toast, yogurt, coffee. I don't typically risk any of the hot food so settled with a yogurt, a piece of toast and coffee. This location was convenient for our purpose and the price was good for what it was.
There was a big mixup with Trip.com not having sent the hotel our payment confirmation but that wasn't the hotel's fault. We resolved it quickly.

ゲゲストThe check in was very smooth once I managed to get in to the building. The room was huge, clean and had all the little touches except the lack of drawers (only 2 small drawers for a 2 Double bed room). Also only 3 hangers for clothes and nowhere to hang a coat.
The staff were all very pleasant and friendly.
Would definitely highly recommend to a convenient stay in London. Will most certainly be staying there again.

ゲゲスト優秀なスタッフ-非常にフレンドリーで親切で知識豊富。私たちの部屋は清潔で快適でした。プールをチェックアウトする時間はありませんでしたが、他のゲストによると、この場所には大きなボーナスだと思います!無料の朝食が含まれ、クラシックを注文しましたが、美味しくてかなりの量の食事で、一日のほとんどを満腹にしました!将来ロンドンに戻ると間違いなく戻ってきます。

Only issue was on of the nights I stayed they forgot to makeup by room, which I was told that I had to alert front desk to get my room cleaned. Location was kind of a letdown but nearest mall was white oaks.

ゲゲストI took my kids to the hotel for a treat to get together and right in my hallway at 4am we got woken up by yelling and screaming they did kick them out but I was nervous and to he woken up like that was not necessary and when I told the front desk people they just said o they left but still it was not enjoyable and to get nothing for compensation I paid my money to go have a good night and that was not a good time I thought they could of said o come back on us or give me half off the next room something would of been appreciated
