AArchicoolCtripのカスタマーサービスには特に感銘を受けました。電話への応答が迅速で、問題も迅速に解決し、親身になって対応し、明確かつ簡潔な説明をしてくれました。私が長年Ctripを利用し続けているのは、そのカスタマーサービスが大きな安心感を与えてくれるからです。このホテルは素晴らしく、部屋は広々としていて明るく、とても清潔で、朝食も種類が豊富で、フロントのスタッフも親切でした。

__ceair64040405****ヨーロッパで十分な大きさのベッドと広とした快適な客室を備えたホテルに出会うことはめったにありません。スイスからフランスへの乗り換え駅では、高速で下車すると、街の混雑を避けることができ、駐車場も十分です。ディジョンの中心部の観光スポットまで車で約18分で行くのはとても便利です。

ゲゲストディジョンにあるこのホテルはなかなか良いです。新しく、エアコン完備で清潔です。市内中心部に位置し、徒歩圏内にあり、比較的静かです。しかし、滞在中にいくつか小さなトラブルがありました。最初に泊まった部屋の窓が壊れていて閉まりませんでした。新しい部屋に移動した後、エアコンの吹き出し口がうるさかったので、結局元の部屋に戻って窓を修理してもらうことになり、時間がかかりました。チェックイン時のサービスは平均的でした。Ctripで朝食付きの部屋を予約しましたが、到着時にホテル側から朝食は含まれていないと言われ、Ctrip側で確認するまでに時間がかかりました。朝食の種類は少なく、ごく普通でした。全体的に見て、長所と短所があり、個人の好みによって選択が分かれると思います。

ゲゲストVriendelijke en correctie ontvangst. Duidelijke uitleg. Afgesloten parking in onmiddellijke nabijheid. Nette kamer en badkamer. Ideaal gelegen op de trip van zuid naar noord. Mooi stadcentrum. Oude gebouwen, nauwe straatjes in kasseien enz. Verzorgd ontbijt. Een aanrader.

ゲゲストI have stayed at the Chateau before and it is good value as well as being an interesting building with many artistic features, there is also an outside pool. Generally, it’s clean but the rooms are a little dusty. The staff are helpful but on my previous stay the restaurant was shut due to staff problems. It was a disappointment but gave it a second chance. However, having booking again, I was told on arrival that the restaurant was not open on Mondays or Tuesdays. Please don’t be fooled by websites as every one I found stated that it was open on these days, so it’s a must to take this into account if you’ve had a long drive and do not want to dine out, you may well want to think again. It does seem to be under staffed as it can be difficult to find anyone if you would like an evening drink.
You would either have to drive fifteen or so minutes into Macon where there are plenty of restaurants or if you prefer a village, drive in the other direction for less than ten minutes and there is a small restaurant next to the station called ‘Aux Dix Vins’ which I recommend and it’s open on Mondays and Tuesdays. The menu and quality is good, with some nice wines to accompany the food and the owner cares about how it’s run.

ゲゲストÀ notre arrivée, lors du check-in sur la borne automatique, le système nous a réclamé un supplément de 6 € injustifié. Le calcul était pourtant simple : 34 € (chambre déjà réglée) + 6 € (animal) + 2 € (taxe de séjour), soit un total de 42 €. Or, la machine affichait 48 €.
J’ai contacté l’assistance en ligne pour signaler cette erreur de calcul système. Malheureusement, l’interlocuteur n'a fait aucun effort pour résoudre la situation. Malgré mes explications, il s'est contenté de maintenir que le total était de 48 €, puis a avancé un tarif de 49 €, ignorant totalement les conditions de ma réservation effectuée à l'avance. Son refus de vérifier les chiffres était inadmissible.
Heureusement, à l'arrivée de la réceptionniste physique, la situation a été débloquée. Elle a consulté l'historique de la facturation, a immédiatement identifié l'erreur et l'a rectifiée. Elle a fait preuve d'un professionnalisme exemplaire, contrairement à son collègue de l'assistance.
Travaillant moi-même dans un groupe hôtelier français, je sais que l'historique d'une réservation sur le PMS permet de tout vérifier. Il est regrettable qu'un agent du service client soit moins efficace qu'un réceptionniste sur place et fasse preuve d'une telle mauvaise volonté.
Si l'hôtel en lui-même est satisfaisant, cette expérience avec l'assistance en ligne ternit l'image de l'enseigne. Je réfléchirai à deux fois avant de réserver à nouveau chez B&B.

PPeterJ.acksonWe received a reasonably friendly welcome; the rooms were very clean, and the prices were reasonable.
The breakfast, however, was unacceptable for getting a good start to the day. It was a complete disappointment: just one croissant per person, baguette with butter and jam, coffee, orange juice, cream cheese/yogurt in a cup, and cereal with milk. This cost €9 per adult and €5 per child (one child was two years old, the other four). We were shocked and only managed to get our fill because we had brought our own food in a cooler.
